Really sad state of affairs, an ever growing list of so called not life threatening procedures (but affect the quality of life) that are no longer available on the NHS , yet there is money to waste on what will be an opportunity for the government to gloss over what a complete disaster their administration has been and how they have deceived the people.

Corruption in Britain has reached new heights under Boris Johnson’s government
The David Cameron lobbying scandal is just the latest example of how the UK is becoming a corrupt country of the kind it once regarded with disdain.
With the prime minister’s support, a City whiz kid is secretly awarded privileged access to top civil servants so he can flog a dubious money-making scheme that diminishes the government’s obligations to pay contractors on time.
Later, after the prime minister leaves office, the whiz kid employs him as an adviser – and gives him stock options that are potentially worth tens of millions of pounds until the company runs into trouble. The former prime minister then privately lobbies the chancellor of the exchequer for hundreds of millions of pounds in taxpayer-funded loans to save the business from collapse.
That, according to the Sunday Times, is allegedly what David Cameron did. It looks and smells like a scandal, but I’ll wager that Boris Johnson’s government contemptuously ignores demands for an independent inquiry. That is because we live in an age when public figures are no longer held to account for their conduct, no longer feel shame or contrition, and simply brazen scandals out.
Peter Riddell, the independent commissioner for public appointments, warned last November that “some at the centre of government want not only to have the final say but to tilt the system in their favour to appoint their allies”, and that “I have on a number of occasions had to resist... attempts by ministers to appoint people with clear party affiliations” to senior posts. The government has also been “packing the composition of interview panels with allies”, he said.

Quite shocking indeed , especially considering not only the human suffering and exploitation his causes but also the environmental damage, pollution, habitat destruction and the killing and trafficking of rare and endangered wildlife species in these area's.
Prior to the last UK general election I had been in regular contact with with an MP who with the help of Andrew Maguire was organising a debate on this and corruption in the precious metals markets in the UK Parliament.
Unfortunately just before the election the MP decided not to stand again, so the debate never happened, back to the drawing board!

The ASM (Artisinal and Small Scale Mining) is the gaming grounds of corrupt politicians, civil servants, military (etc), who hinder every move to try and reform the abysmal state of affairs. Its not just the lack of tax being paid, tax would help to alleviate the poor condition of many of the countries, but the working conditions and massive exploitation of young children (need less air, smaller bodies, more vulnerable), and not to mention women.
The environmental degradation is beyond belief but very real and time wise is devastating!

Although some of the other member states are still divided on things like migration, the UK’s departure has proved to be a potent rallying cry.

"The international monetary system is functioning poorly," said Georges Pompidou, the French prime minister, that year, "because it gives advantages to countries with a reserve currency.

In 1968, de Gaulle then pulled out of the London "Gold Pool" – the government-run cartel that actively worked to suppress the Gold Price, capping it in line with the official $35 per ounce ordained by the US government. Three years later, and with gold being air-lifted from Fort Knox to New York to meet foreign demands for payment in gold, Richard Nixon put a stop to de Gaulle's game. He stopped paying gold altogether.
De Gaulle called the Dollar "America's exorbitant privilege", repeating a phrase of his favorite economist, Jacques Rueff. This privilege gave the United States exclusive rights to print the Dollar, the world's "reserve currency", and force it on everyone else in payment of debt. Under the post-war Bretton Woods Agreement of 1946, the Dollar could not be refused.

Centamin's original Sukari concession licence is enshrined in Egyptian law which is why it has endured unchanged despite 3 revolutions and political changes to this day.
Despite what some may claim the Egyptian judiciary are sticklers for correct procedures and the legal system is well established and apart from terrorism related issues appears to operate with complete autonomy from whichever administration is in charge.
Also from past experience of being invested in Centamin for over a decade I very much doubt there is any will or ability to make any changes to how Centamin operates in Eygpt without proper negotiations and agreement of all parties involved.
There may possibly be some better mining plays out there, but they will be more expensive and certainly won't match the dividend or have the same growth potential in a relatively short time.
Also Centamin is a socially and environmentally aware company that is committed to treating its host country,it's people and its workforce with respect and fairness.
What a pity that so many other mining companies do not share the same attitude and values!

what a margin call is, we need to look at why someone might borrow money to invest in the first place. The easiest way is to compare it with using a mortgage to buy a flat.

Say you buy a flat for £100,000. You put down a 10% deposit – £10,000 – and borrow the other £90,000 from the bank. A year later, house prices have gone up. You sell the flat for £110,000. The price of the flat has gone up by 10%. But you have made a 100% profit. How? Once you repay the £90,000 to the bank, you are left with £20,000. You only put in £10,000 of your own capital. From my experience in local government the Tory party has always been run along the lines of political spivery, sharp practice is often referred to as entrepreneurship or business acumen/savvy.
Some start off with genuine good intentions, but they soon change if they want to rise up the political ladder!
The Tories have always been better at PR and deceiving the public then blaming the other parties though, but then they do own most of the tabloid media!

One of the most reliable ways to predict share price and market movement is to pee into the wind legs apart and see which shoe gets wet , right shoe is going up, left show is going down, floor gets wet, then hold, the SP that is!

Firstly thank you for the detailed explanation, which as always demonstrates your past professional experience and in depth knowledge of the gold mining industry, I also greatly appreciate your patience and in understanding of my frustration and my somewhat simplified idea what is involved in of exploration and drilling, obviously through your past experience you have an great understanding of the size of the exploration area's whilst i in comparison having none of your past professional experience find hard to comprehend
From this and your industry knowledge and explanations its seems that employing a specialist contact miner would be the most prudent choice.
No doubt from what you say Martin Horgan is the right CEO to be making these decisions and to be running things now.
