Looks like the crooks will get their Christmas present and skim off the good bits for peanuts.
Absolute scandal.
Couldn't agree more frog!
Totally and utterly shafted. A case study on this completely bent market. I have lost all faith in the authorities and learned my lesson the hard way. I will never touch AIM again.
If you take a punt on a hole in the ground somewhere that's one thing, but to invest in a company that on paper is profitable, declares positive cashflow and is growing in a steady way that ends here and in this manner it's a total outrage that it can happen without consequence for the BoD.
A complete waste of time.
I wouldn't expect it to be good news from this lot.
No major surprise then, let's see what happens next...
So even taking account of all the goings on recently and having looked over the interim again the company is now priced at roughly 1 x EPS of a financial year that ends this month. That is still a crazy valuation and is a steal to be had
Already registered and acknowledged for my 265000 shares. Time for a change
It seems we're going to be kept waiting
I hope so SL we've been waiting long enough!
Nice to be on the risers board for a change. Sounds as though it's nailed on to get resolution voted town tonight, I'm not on Twitter so can't see the comments on there but from what's posted here it looks positive. Clearly others think so too, will this break 4p today?
I've had no reply from my email to register to the address in the RNS. Has anyone else had confirmation ?
Here but I took a chance and took some more today to average down. Probably need my head read but trying to see past the individuals and look to the underlying performance of the company. Got more shares to add to the against vote now anyway!
I am gobsmacked at what has gone on here, after being in during the last suspension I can't believe the blatant dodgy dealing. The cynic in me is also curious to know why the EGM RNS isn't showing on LSE but the others are. I have registered my interest in going to the investor presentation on May 2nd and I encourage as many people as possible to do the same. I wonder if this will go ahead and who from the management will show up? Strange trades this afternoon too, as always it's impossible to know if they are buys or sells.
Was the no nonsense RNS as it showed the BoD saw this as a non issue. All confirmed now, yes it was to the wire but it's done. Now they can sort the financing out which in my eyes really isn't a massive deal. Maybe one day this ridiculous MCAP will change to show true value!
Less than 3 times EPS this stock really tests your patience. Crazy low price now...
For me the debt is the last issue. If a new facility is approved and implemented this will back up all of the info we have had from this company and will be a huge vote of confidence.
Crazy indeed Liam especially given the likely profit for the current year is likely to be significantly more, I would say double isn't out of the question. Cashflow positive too and remember this company used to pay dividends and although it's a very different company now I can see some kind of shareholder return either by divi or buyback. At this cap a buyback would be a much more sensible option. Very very cheap at this level.
I agree square. The debt question will I'm sure be resolved soon. I would imagine a larger facility is being negotiated to allow for capex to support growth. When the shed is fully completed there will be plenty of space for more kit to be stored and maintained and it would seem there is plenty of work to support the use of some shiney new machines.
There it is in black and white directly from the company and almost 2 years to the day since the company was suspended. What a turnaround! The MCAP should now naturally reflect the current performance and growth potential so I'm very happy to continue to hold these and if the SP stays at this level I'm very happy to add when I can.
