For sure it will be bumpy. However as you say mate… the fundamentals always win. Happy to be in for the re-rate. I had this company on my shortlist last year. Think is was SD77 and Hallmark who alerted me to this. But company in a much better state now. And today that was one massive contract in the bag ; )
mms shaking this a little? 13.25-13.5 again
13.25-13.75
13.5p being paid now. Should be next leg up soon
That won't be a problem as someone has been buying 100k chunks ; )
Regardless of ramping and deramping the RNS below is pretty clear cut. £40m deal over 2 years vs the current m/cap of 7.5-8m. For me this is undervalued and will re-rate now. 16 February 2012 Styles & Wood Group plc ("Styles & Wood" or the "Group") Styles & Wood secure position on 2 year framework agreement with Lloyds Banking Group plc Styles & Wood, a leading UK provider of property support services to major retailers, banks and commercial organisations, is pleased to announce the signing of a 2 year framework with Lloyds Banking Group ("LBG"). The framework agreement, which is expected to be worth in excess of £40 million in revenue over a two year period, will involve the delivery of retail and office property services to LBG on a national basis. Commenting on the agreement, Tony Lenehan, CEO said: "We are pleased to have been appointed onto the Lloyds framework, which reflects the strength of our relationship with existing customers and provides further resilience to our business model. "Lloyds are at the forefront of the industry in flawless programme delivery and we are delighted to have been a leading performer for them in this respect during 2011. "Retail banking remains a core sector for the Group and we continue to benefit from continued investment by the high street banks in their branch network."
Delayed 250k
Another 100k buy.
Regardless of Riddles arrival the RNS is plain to see! £40m!!
AIM is like a gold mine right now.
cheers for putting this on my radar mate. i couldn't believe the rns when i read it!
up to you mate but the £40m vs 7m mcap is a bit too tempting for me!
