Looking at the 60k chunks going through, Brontë will be reporting below the 0.5 threshold by Monday at the latest. Mark my words. And mark them well.

I mean you don’t need to be listed in a country to be buyable there….

But what I will say is I wonder if we’re seeing an end of the in range traders leaving now. I can’t see a significant enough pull back pre news for them to benefit from their usual re entries. If we had an all encompassing, whoop di do RNS next week and ended up significantly higher, I wonder if we’d still be as attractive to traders given the potential for more frequent positive updates and chances of TO bids and license deals increasing…. Just musings.

I really hope they’re still short. Just adds a bit of extra juice to the rise if all news is positive on the trial front. Plus it would be funny.

Probably because the likes of Borg on Twitter will wait til just before news, make a prediction based on either direction, covering themselves for good or bad news, then go “see…. I told you so” as if the chart predicted it while pretending there was no news. It was all in the stars.

And for all the fun of playing the how rich can we all get if this comes off game, the fact is this is (and many, including myself, have pointed this out) hopefully a milestone for humanity. And Doctor…. It’s fomo, but not unreasonable fomo. Cracking FAP activated chemo is a holy grail moment. It will have us squarely in large pharma cross hairs.

I don’t think this is a usual cycle though. We’re mid offer, post raise, MMs knowing shares can be bought for 95p, unusual situation, pre massively pivotal news. I think it impossible to call this one. And sell the news is fine, but this could be the first domino so it just depends on your horizon, appetite for trading risk.

Wyn…. What I will say is it would be impossible to use past share price movements to predict the movement of Avacta if we get positive biopsy data since we’ve never been in that position. And since biopsies being taken has always been the dark corner of expected news, then I’d say it’s certainly not priced in and you couldn’t possibly predict how the market would react to what could be massive news for humanity, not just share holders. Not looking to argue by the way. The boards been too good this week to wreck it with mine and your mutual disdain.
