I’m obviously joking. What I will say on mining stocks though is it’s a lot easier to tell if your new therapeutics delivery method is working, and would be stopped by now if it wasn’t, vs trying to tell if that big sea of oil in the ground is actually water. Comparing mining stocks to this is ridiculous.

Quite simply everyone is in a mad hurry to get rich. I myself am of for a monster of a hike then I’m going to make a roast and tomorrow I’ll be on site. It’s called life. Thing is that if the SDMC have met, and we aren’t getting another DE, I’m guessing an RNS will take longer to appear since it may contain some kind of correlated data. Cohort 4 should be at an end now if all went to plan, so it’s now a case of sitting and waiting again

Thank you both for the answers. I wonder at what point (if effective) the dose effectiveness starts to tail off. And if it becomes a case of effectiveness being so improved that another DE, if side effects are very low and AVA6k is working so well, becomes unnecessary. So not so much that we’ve found MTD but have found maximum necessary dosage. If that makes sense.

What would the equivalent MTD in humans be? I was thinking about this on my long drive to work this morning. What would the standard dox dose be to get the equivalent concentration shown in mouse models? Would it be like giving someone 12/13 times the dose? (Obviously the patient would be absolutely dead, I’m just curious as to what the standard dox dose would be needed to get that concentration)
