Monkshood (and probably RD) can Avacta tell where this mutation is on the virus (I’m guessing yes) from the information now out there and can they tell from that if that is indeed the area that the affimer attaches and therefore the likelihood of it affecting the test performance?

This doesn’t sound like they’re worried about new variants to me.

I was thinking about this too Kong. I’m pretty sure the innova test is about 50-60% accurate with delta. Perhaps Monkshood could explain why since it’s an N protein test?

So Agent, NCYT reporting that today’s addition will add £3m to their revenue. If they hadn’t released today’s RNS they wouldn’t have risen 24%. GDR has risen on the back of NCYT IMO plus they have an incredibly low Mcap. NCYT are now on par with Avacta in terms of market cap which shows how we’re valued on our business potential as a whole. You can take your one day, spy glass look at the market and keep your fave on the U.K. only. But Avacta aren’t targeting the U.K. and Avacta aren’t just a testing company. If you think NCYT or GDR are the better bet then off you trot over there, the same as you did with your massive MASSIVE fail with ODX. Idiot, tinfoil hat wearing, barm pot moron. Filtered.

A quick look at covid testing stocks and you will see;

AVCT is down 55% from highs. Market cap 301m
(Best LFT but not passed for HUA yet. 3. IPs. Multiple licensing deals, AVA6k in clinic, initial results soon etc etc you all know the script)

NCYT is down 65% from highs. Market cap 290m
(PCR. No LFT passed yet. Future beyond the pandemic. PCR on government approved list. Still owed a fortune by the U.K. gov. Gov contract cancelled. Expect 3m revenue from today’s approval which they probably won’t get paid)

ODX is down 77% from highs. Market cap 45m.
(Have all but written off pandemic revenue and will almost certainly need a fund raise. Have been shafted by the UKGov)

So a quick look tells you fffff**** all. A proper look beyond just today tells a bigger story.
