Black, we are fully funded til 2023, but unless the LG deal, Daewoong deal or Point come up with some revenue or we licence AVA6000 then at some point we will need more funding. Post AVA6000 initial data makes absolutely the most sense. The SP will be strong, they can raise enough to get us through trials and to a point of revenue. So far 50m has lasted around 1.5 years. By 2023 it’ll be 2.5. If they were to raise another 25m or so then that would probably see us to major revenue. I’m hoping that’s done at a SP in the £2 region. IMO that depends on how good initial data is and how the market reacts. Again there is a phenomenal amount of guesswork going on here. We need to see the annual report and AVA initial data. These two RNS are incredibly important so we can work out where we all are. Top side would be still enough funding for 12 months and AVA data amazing. Downside would be Als blown it all in the whaler and AVA makes your willy fall off, your arms shrink and you go blind so you only find out when you **** all over yourself.

Drobbo, the other option is a lot more bland. There is no news Monday. The roadshow is the same sound bites as ever simply to make IIs aware of Avacta and it’s pipeline, and to make them aware of a future fund raise post AVA6000 data but not yet. As I’ve said we’ve got zero or slightly above zero LFT sales. We do have several positives in the LG, Daewoong and Point deals. The big one though is positive AVA6000 data and that’s the sales pitch. So if no news Monday I’d say it’ll just be the usual fluff, and it simply happens that this roadshow has landed now, nothing more to it. As always with Avacta PIs should expect total silence

It defo will because I really want it to. Want in?” If your scenario is true then no II is going to want in on a promise based on AS track record. They will want data from the AVA6000 trials. There won’t be IIs piling in on a wing and a prayer, a raise won’t happen pre data. It makes absolutely zero sense financially. You have to have something to actually sell them.

The question is when will we get initial data. I believe within the next 4 weeks. The next question is do they then raise or license out AVA6000. Short term a license deal makes sense as there’s no reason to raise funds plus AS stated they still value the input of Conifer fund. I can’t see them raising below Conifers 1.20 entry as it would be a massive kick in the dick. More likely we get initial data, the SP is shoved north towards £2 and a fundraise is announced. The third option is they’re heading to NASDAQ and the road show is a preamble for this. My thinking here is the IND filing for AVA in the US. It would make sense to get market exposure over there. I’m guessing we’re not exactly big news across the pond.

Anyway we’re all guessing here. I’m sure it’ll all come out in the wash.

My unpopular opinion Bein, is the LFT, for us and all other U.K. developed diagnostic companies, is worth pretty much nothing. Or so close to nothing that it really isn’t worth peddling. I think diagnostics will quietly develop via BAMS, Elisa and the like but I think the pandemic has done more damage to the LFT rep than good, though they may become a triage method for initial diagnostics. But in terms of near term value of the diagnostics division I think it’s worth no more than the proof of concept of Affimers and the operations they have developed to create the diagnostics.
I believe the roadshow will be almost entirely based on AVA6000 initial data and I don’t think we PIs will get that info before the roadshow. It’s got all the hallmarks of the same back door event of the last raise.

I think I rank as one of the few left here who’s up. Not massively but it’s nice to be blue again. I’ve bought a solid 16k more shares in the 70s which is just bizarre when you think about where we were.

Fck the LFT. PreCision has a way to run but with each day that passes and the trial continues, and as we get data the SP will follow suit. 56.5 billion market per annum. This is THE market, not LFTs.
I suspect shorts will begin to close unless they really love gambling.

Investors will be smart enough to realise that this will unlock a pipeline of therapeutics worth (without the growth created by PreCision) of $56.5 bbbbbbilllion per annum. We plan to take 5-10% of that market. Before we take TMAC to clinic and entirely discounting Affimer tech, licensing deals with the likes of LG, Point and Daewoong and Sujood predicting every RNS with near carpet bomb PreCision.
