Thanks Taylot, is it best ask Chris to join the group or is there someone else?
Very irritating. Priced way too low to sell though based on the current assets. Sp at current levels almost seems to be questioning whether there is still a valid company via the new approach which I don't believe to be a correct outlook.
A large part of sells likely due to personal choice on account management (not wanting to hold CDIs or on the ASX, if it was my choice i wouldn't which is why I've invested here rather than SFR or CBR) & some understandably frustrated with the approach of management.
However, I can be patient, keep calm in face of the current drop & wait for value to be realised again the the share price.
Drilling starts at Motheo next month & SFR will be prioritizing T4 - more value not realised - hopefully we wont still be at a 3rd of NAV by then, a long way to go!
Worth checking they have that correct as the asx is noted as a recognised stock exchange on gov.uk for tax purposes.
When I spoke to HL their advice was to transfer or to transfer as a certificate as they cant trade on asx. Transferred both of my isas to IG, who said the process would take 15 days.
Im continuing to hold as think its easy to get swept up in sentiment here. Company is no longer on Aim.... don't see that as an issue as its not precious to me and easy to move from HL. Prospects remain the same and has always been a risk as a lot of the nsr potential is based on further exploration success which is never a guarantee. However if you believed in them 2 weeks ago they havent changed since. Company has never said they will distribute dividends from nsrs so at least they have now provided comunication on their approach. Yes there will be some non mining investment but with commodity cycles diversity is not a bad thing. On share options, it does grate but on the other hand want the BOD to be as focused as possible which they will only have by having skin in the game. Not criticising anyone for selling and by no means saying we are in a good place right now, but having held for so long im staying to see what comes of our Botswana exposure rather than selling at (what will hopefully) be a low (before cbr style re-rate).
You can transfer your shares to a platform which trades in ASX (i.e. IG). They have a share transfer form you complete once you set up an account
I'd take more from the director purchases on the direction we will be going rather than what happened last year, where overall world context was all-round rubbish.
Copper finished the day above 3.9 for the 1st time in 6 months too. Likely good for our investments and our NAV
Looks like where we should be going shortly with SFR/CBR value and copper heading towards $4
NAV was 15.9p on 31/10 although the SFR/CBR contributors have now increased by 44% and 58% each since then so NAV must now be beyond 20p.
Also according to the NTA submission on ASX the 15.9p doesn't include any re-evaluation of the A4 Royalty but I thought this was due following the DFS in August...

When remodelling the business as an investment company its fair to be judged on your investment successes. There will always be some which gain and some which loose. We need to accept this to a degree, as its the nature of investment.
However without further context this most recent decison was a poor one. Ultimately the CBE price may still go down but we should have taken profit when we were c.300% up on the investment. That being said, overall perception can change very quickly (i.e. once we get positive results on another NSR area).
As part of the new strategy id like to see a direct correlation between renumeration and average company value over a 6 month period, adding additional incentive for building the company and against poor decisons. Also, if we are moving away from exploration it only seems sensible that there is some efficiency to be found in head-count, with operational activity being less broad. Think they are partially waiting to release the new approach to give the macro enviroment a chance to improve.
Current price does seem like a good one to buy at though, as the price reduction seems to have exceeded lost gains from the discount selling of cobre shares.
Yes hopefully the drilling approach/satellite images, are a sign of finding some decent grades. Would be big news for us if announced with the uncapped 2% NSR
Does seem strange nothing has been reported on A1 yet, given the satellite imagery indicates lots of activity. Can only think its because they are still looking for good results. Given the SFR share price surely they would have released any good news to give it a boost, rather than wait for quarterly updates? Still lots more good news though to come in the short term from Cobre & reevaluation of A4 royalty with DFS complete
New ST article sounds promising. Anyone have the full article they can post? Looks like he's valuing current net asset at about 26p with good prospects / good potential o increase
On the CBR asx board someone mentioned $1 million at 15c, although no source was mentioned. Sounds about right
Hopefully. With the change of approach away from direct exploration not expecting any capital raising here :) for those who remember the MOD share price once further exploration was underway, raising money for drilling was a definite blocker on the share price as we'e the endless share options.
There was an update last month, which continued to show a positive outlook to the current bargain price.
The main issue is the macroeconomic background which means their are reduced buyers and more cautious sellers. Still undervalued though and IMO will reflect value when the broader eco outlook changes and once we have our change of strategy proven and in practice (focusing on investment and royalty - NSRs - wih greater clarity of their value for shareholders)

Far from happy with the current share price. What will it do between now and the nsr? Go down, up, down, up.... I'm comfortable with my decision to stay investment as I can hold till a time when it will go up enough to xounter the downs to make what i still believe will be a sizeable profit. As I said everyone is entitled to their view, personally (a view I'm entitled to) I don't see the point in constantly griping and trashing the stock you own. The BOD are also aware the price is 'x' below consolidation currently, or the facts you
Get a grip - we're not the only share currnetly at a low point. Anyone who thinks the management is s****e and doesn't value the NSRs or prospects quite clearly laid out by IC is entitled to that opinion but really should question why they are still invested and also question why they then constantly **** off their investment in public, demanding communication whilst admitting that they 'can't be bothered' when it came to reading the Cobre Sale RNS.
