Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
To be fair there are still only 360 million shares in issue. Its inevitable a junior mining exploration company has to dilute, at least they aren't doing it 3 times a year just to keep the lights on. Look at others for examples of serious dilution with only jam tomorrow to show for it.
Invest in BP, shell or other big oilies if you don't want dilution.
Is it possible that the conditions attached to the JV were very unfavourable to PRD and as such they decided that a little dilution now would actually be more beneficial to shareholders in the long term?
Thats the biggest pile of $h1te I've read this morning. SO FAR!
More to come no doubt.
You think they done the placing to pay admin/office/wages etc? B0ll0X.
@GRH I don't know what MLM is but I'd be willing to bet it was invented by you having a drink with Winston Churchill.
@onlyone, I guess I you're I the know, have the money and are buying a shed load you can dictate the price you want (to a degree) money goes to money.
@tom58, whack a few ££ into ukog and see what it's worth after 12 months and at least 2 fund raises then you'll know a lifestyle company from your elbow and what a $hite ceo is capable of.
@spritefan, not surprised you can't find anything about disguised rights issue as you have to look in a specific place on the Internet.
You will find all you need to know along with "undercover rights issue" "incognito rights issue" and my personal favourite a "reverse rights issue" where the company takes all your shares back and charges you a premium on the SP for the inconvenience they've suffered. Its all here at
www.make-it-uppery com.
That was me that said I'm happy to wait for £1.46. And thankfully being only 45 I can't touch my sipp for another 10 years, so time is on my side. I also have a load in my isa im not needing access to for a while, thankfully I have money stashed away too so no worries about working for a while either except out of boredom some days.
Enjoy the sunshine, it might do you some good and release your bad vibes.
Jonmo, you're right, telling people to sell up and move on is bad form. We've all been there at some stage I sure. However you do seem to be the only one with slight negative undertones today. The JV I'm sure we'll all find out the details soon, and I'm sure they will be very juicy in our favour. Try and stay positive, don't see any bit of missing info as a bad thing , rather wait until you've seen the details abd then we're all in a better position to comment, and sell up if that's what we choose to do.
Good luck, think happy thoughts of being considerably better off after all is said and done.
@jonmo, re your post at 10.50. Fire off an email to the company. I'll bet you get a reply along the lines of
"We are not at liberty to discuss ongoing discussions with person not involved with the discussions we arent allowed to discuss"
Or something similar.
Care to elaborate MEM? Just a little bit?
So in summary, you're not happy he didn't sign a terrible deal and you're not happy he isn't signing a better deal.
GOTCHA.
@sefton if I could recommend your post 100 times I would. In fact I might just go and create 99 new accounts so I can.
Lack of news, not kick. Stupid ducking autocorrect
Jam tomorrow RNS's? Read the RNS's of syme, ukog, nnn to name a few for "jam tomorrow" type updates. That's all I will say on that matter. Would more news on the JV be a good addition, sure it would, but maybe now they are in a much better negotiation position so its "back to the table" to reinforce prd position. Who knows, perhaps the kick of news about it is in a way a good thing right now.
Right now my only decision is whether to sell something else to pile it in here now or wait a wee bit longer.
@jonmo and if it weren't for a worldwide pandemic crippling countries beyond their wildest imagination he just may well have achieved that. BWTFDIK.
I hadn't planned to sell this morning, here for the £1.46 and nothing less. Been in too long to sell now.
I expected a much better response that is currently showing. Early days I suppose and the day is long.
@newbie, then drill a big hole and pour in loads of weed killer :)
Cut off at thickest part of root, drill a hole and pour in weed killer, should circulate through any remaining roots that have established and kill them in a few months. Depending on how bad they are.
