In that case you can't have had very much in cine in the 1st place. Quit yer gurnning and be grateful, others have lost £000's.
The 3rd biggest will become the 2nd biggest with the demise of cine. Let's hope its better run and dosent acquire £8 billion of debt over time.
@havoc, nope the QC just needs to remember what he posts. One minute he's got millions, the next he's sold out, then bought back (£750) and now he's got trillions.
You bought back in with a whooping £750. Is that the sound of a judges gavel I hear banging?
Call your first witness you fraud.
@triffle, see below from the RNS
Following Admission, the Company has 353,595,477 ordinary shares of no par value in issue, each with one vote per share (and none of which are held in treasury). The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 353,595,477. This figure of 353,595,477 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
@patience, you're an idiot that knows f@ck all. Biggest pile of carp I've ever read. You're confusing dilution with consolidation and your maths is way off even if it were true.
Our man Gary McConnell may well be buying up everything that's being sold right now, easy flip for MM's if he's dictating the purchase price.
Last few times we were held in this range we had an TR-1 from him.
@shal, trying to flip your losses to some other chump? Accept you messed up by investing here and learn a life lesson.
Hope that helps.
Likely the libelous ones from Tom "snaggle-tooth" $h1t investor w@nkifrith.
I dont think "oversold" means what you think it means.
But I can't hold back my delight at the plebs saying buy buy buy at 10/11/12p.
To you lot, I hope you lose a $h1tload!
To be fair there are still only 360 million shares in issue. Its inevitable a junior mining exploration company has to dilute, at least they aren't doing it 3 times a year just to keep the lights on. Look at others for examples of serious dilution with only jam tomorrow to show for it.
Invest in BP, shell or other big oilies if you don't want dilution.
Is it possible that the conditions attached to the JV were very unfavourable to PRD and as such they decided that a little dilution now would actually be more beneficial to shareholders in the long term?
Thats the biggest pile of $h1te I've read this morning. SO FAR!
More to come no doubt.
You think they done the placing to pay admin/office/wages etc? B0ll0X.
@GRH I don't know what MLM is but I'd be willing to bet it was invented by you having a drink with Winston Churchill.
@onlyone, I guess I you're I the know, have the money and are buying a shed load you can dictate the price you want (to a degree) money goes to money.
@tom58, whack a few ££ into ukog and see what it's worth after 12 months and at least 2 fund raises then you'll know a lifestyle company from your elbow and what a $hite ceo is capable of.
@spritefan, not surprised you can't find anything about disguised rights issue as you have to look in a specific place on the Internet.
You will find all you need to know along with "undercover rights issue" "incognito rights issue" and my personal favourite a "reverse rights issue" where the company takes all your shares back and charges you a premium on the SP for the inconvenience they've suffered. Its all here at
www.make-it-uppery com.
That was me that said I'm happy to wait for £1.46. And thankfully being only 45 I can't touch my sipp for another 10 years, so time is on my side. I also have a load in my isa im not needing access to for a while, thankfully I have money stashed away too so no worries about working for a while either except out of boredom some days.
Enjoy the sunshine, it might do you some good and release your bad vibes.
Jonmo, you're right, telling people to sell up and move on is bad form. We've all been there at some stage I sure. However you do seem to be the only one with slight negative undertones today. The JV I'm sure we'll all find out the details soon, and I'm sure they will be very juicy in our favour. Try and stay positive, don't see any bit of missing info as a bad thing , rather wait until you've seen the details abd then we're all in a better position to comment, and sell up if that's what we choose to do.
Good luck, think happy thoughts of being considerably better off after all is said and done.
