I am totally agree with you. People need to look at the real fact here about Iclaprim which has Phase 3 trial, with a new Board and recent placing given them enough strength to complete the Take cover.

One institutional investor is taking whole placing shares, With new Board, Enough money to look for take over search, It has so much potentiality.

First 4 Months revenue is 42% up compare to last year same period . Due to COVID-19 the demand is very high and we can expect an excellent year as demand is increasing as well.

After AUS sell- This company will be debt free with 500K+ cash. Also Nigel ( around 8.5%) + other investors are holding quite a lot of stock. The board has lots of past experience- so if the plan is good they will get support from the investors. So this has long way to go- just need to wait, hold & see.

This share was sent low .16 because of going concern issue, it was well over 1 p just less than a month ago . This issue is resolved now , although we expect a dilution , but it should be over 1p , even after dilution.

So .50 looks cheap. someone saying about 250% up. But did not consider that - it went as low as .16 due to the going concern issue . So the RNS was very good & it is heading back to 1p direction.

SP was 1.05 on 8-9th April . Due to cash concern and business update it went down to .16 Due to new RNS, it is confirmed that they are getting 1.3 Milton EU from their sale. Even there will be any dilution , SP will be well over .90 to 1.0 p .

It is actually 3 May 2019. But as they already saved themselves by getting a huge amount , so should there will a negotiation about the payment .

Loan note payment is only around 500k . Still have sufficient amount to run the operations. Hopefully will move to 1p soon.

I think what MA is thinking now how to lock administration or any deal. He knows that 5p deal won’t be acceptable , it has to be more than 5p & I think he does not want to bid now . So this is the only way to block them from administration

I invested quite a lot on it and know that it is gamble. I personally believe MA will not let his millions £ vanish & actually waiting for the share price to go down & bid around 5-6p. The only problem is - all the time he put some tough conditions in it. I

Lucky that I sold mine around.38 -.40 and of course with a massive loss. This company lies too mush. Stem cell & then media company , lts all about eye wash & rather invest in a company with more clerical information. They don’t even have money to pay fees or they want Align makes profit buying at .25 and sell higher price .32

Jp & BD sold their stake , but still did not reflect on the share price that much - many be some one is buying as well . Will get to know end of today
