Columbus Energy Resources PLC ("Columbus") and Predator have recently finalised and formally submitted the updated CO2 Injection Pilot proposal to Heritage for approval, civil works are planned for completion in December 2019 and Predator has ordered a number of long lead items to begin the CO2 Injection Pilot by January 2020. Initial results from the pilot would be expected in Q1 2020.

Atlantic Margin - Corrib South

Predator has a 50% interest in licencing option 16/26 (“Corrib South”) together with its partner, Theseus (50%)

Corrib South lies only 20 km. south of the Corrib subsea gas gathering manifold making it a candidate for a potential subsea tie-back. Spare capacity is forecast to be available in the Corrib infrastructure within the likely time framework for drilling and potentially developing Corrib South.

The area of minimum closure for Corrib South is covered by the same 3D seismic survey that extends over the Corrib gas field.

The reservoir target in Corrib South are the Sherwood sandstones, the producing gas reservoir in the Corrib gas field, Mercia salt, as at the Corrib field, is expected to seal the reservoir which is also likely to have been charged from similar gas-prone Westphalian source rocks.

The size of the Corrib South structure in the maximum case, which depends on pre-2000 vintage 2D seismic coverage to the southwest, is similar to that of the Corrib gas field. Drilling and water depths are similar.

Attractive geology and a clear pathway to development and monetisation provide an appealing backdrop to Predator’s current farmout process.

Licensing Option offshore West of Ireland.

Predator looking to farm down interest for a carry on exploration drilling

Vermilion holds a 20% operated interest in the Corrib gas field, offshore Ireland. Production at Corrib commenced on December 30, 2015 and the Corrib field constitutes around 95% of Ireland's natural gas production.

The Corrib gas field is located approximately 83 km off the northwest coast of Ireland. Gas is transported to the Bellenaboy Bridge gas plant through 90km of pipeline where it is then processed prior to being delivered to the national grid. The Corrib project generates significant free cash flow for Vermilion given low operating costs and minimal ongoing capital expenditures requirements.

In July 2017, Vermilion and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board announced a strategic partnership whereby Vermilion would assume operatorship of the Corrib natural gas project from Shell E&P Ireland Limited along with an incremental 1.5% working interest in the Corrib Natural Gas Project. Thats without our 2 Irish assets (still waiting on Successor Authorisation for Corrib , a frontier license + seismic data results for Ram Head and we could hear about a farm in as we have several NDA with big players (MAJORS imo) .

Plus we should hear something about the confidentiality agreement with another operator of a mature oil field in Trinidad (an important step forward)

Paul is old school - he doesn’t feel the need to talk the company up at every given opportunity , which is quite refreshing although it’s also frustrating at the same time. Ultimately the results will propel PRD into a completely different league. Show me another company where management own 50% of the company?. That is a strong indication of where they think this is going in the near future. I think this is Paul’s baby and his last company - imagine how much he will be worth on a discovery?. His interests are aligned with ours and considering he has built many valuable companies in the past , he knows what’s best and when to start the PR machine .

We are all invested right at the beginning of the story and we have one of the best leaders who can make it happen. I’m sure we will hear from Paul when the time is right - we have just finished the holiday season so I expect some news will land very soon - it’s overdue.

I don’t think PRD are looking to sell Guercif on a discovery Chancers.

Read today’s rns at SOU (Our geologists chose that acreage for Paul - he owned it under another company before the discovery) .

I expect he would look to do the same sort of deal (Tendrara gas sakes agreement with the State power company of Morocco ONEE).

The good thing is that the bod has vast experience in both Ireland and Morocco . They know it like the back of their hand and that valuable information is priceless .

FRAM (a subsidiary of Columbus)have the (IPSC) incremental production service contract which has recently been renewed to 31/22/21with Heritage who is the State oil company and license owner.

If all goes well we will buy FRAM under the terms Well Participation Agreement (WPA) for £4m with hardly any dilution (as the share price could easily be £1+ by June or September this year (the date depends on the co2 EOR results) as we would have drilled Morocco by then (which has had gas shows in two offset wells in the target intervals) .

I expect that our farm in partners for Ireland will be announced as soon as approvals have been made (maybe in the same rns?). We have been waiting since June 18 and it looks like everything is on track for drilling THIS YEAR imho .

Since listing we have one new asset which is ithe Guercif License in Morocco where we have a massive 75% working interest which is due to be drilled in March/April this year .

The Ram Head gas discovery potentially contains Ireland's largest discovered gas accumulation and therefore the Company's strategy is to accelerate its efforts to de-risk the reservoir for appraisal drilling given the backdrop of escalating gas prices and concerns over security of gas supply.

Confidentiality Agreements have been executed with several potential future partners for the further evaluation of the gas in Ram Head. The Group's selection strategy has been to target only those companies where the commercial rational for developing gas in Ireland is understood, rather than to dissipate management time on an industry-wide marketing process.

· Initial planning has commenced for the 18/25-3 Corrib South exploration well in 2020, subject to the award of the Frontier Exploration Licence that has, as previously announced, been applied for;



· Confidentiality Agreements executed with several potential 18/25-3 drilling partners;



· The 18/25-3 well will target High Estimate Prospective Resources Case of 904 bcf recoverable (452 bcf net to Predator) with a 30% Chance of Success.

Any of those come in and it’s in the pounds . If all 3 come in I’m buying Richard Branson’s Necker Island :)

I like the fact that Trinidad could make us cash positive in the short term but the real important thing is that all of the above could mean a early way to monetisation as they are all near pipelines .

It’s no good just having a discovery if it takes 5-10 years to get it out of the ground .

We have a clear path to success and the geologists have never let Paul down yet .

This is my top pick for 2020 and beyond. I think it will outperform everything .
