You all want to hear positive things on this board when there is none and that’s why no one can answer me question ...

What makes BOR anything but a strong sell ?

You are all locked into a share that is going nowhere and you all know this deep
Down buy you are not prepared to admit it are you ?.

Give me a few reasons why you think BOR will survive because I would love to know - you can educate me with all your knowledge of the company .

The Company is targeting achieving a stable production level of approximately 500 bopd per day (net) by end 2020, building to 2,500 bopd (net) by the end of 2021, both of which targets the Company considers can be achieved through a combination of maintaining and then increasing production through (i) increased data integrity, (ii) automation, (iii) overall increased field activity - returning to the levels last seen in 2018, (iv) selective new wells, (v) enhanced oil recovery (EOR) programmes, and (vi) other growth initiatives including production from appraisal of the existing Saffron discovery and extended well tests ("EWT") in Suriname. In the longer term, the Company considers that the assets in Trinidad and Tobago and Suriname provide a bridge to future production from the Company's project in The Bahamas (assuming a successful exploration outcome).

Can anyone tell me what is going to change in the next 12 months ?

The ceo has told you it’s particularly challenging for small caps to raise money in this market so if you don’t get a farm in partner and can’t raise funds then you will lose your listing and the company will go under and that’s a fact.

Can any holder give me a good reason why this share is a buy because I’m interested in everyone’s opinions even if it differs to my own view on things .

Our principal objective for 2019 was to secure funding for the next phase of opera ons in the South Falkland Basin.

Unfortunately, the team has been frustrated by the slow progress, largely due to factors outside of its control. The industry has experienced signi cant constraints on capital availability during the last ve years. Smaller companies, such as ours, are finding it partic challenging to raise risk capital and a ract partners for large conven onal o shore projects in fron er areas. This issue has recently been exacerbated by the unknown and unpredictable impact of the global Covid-19 pandemic and the simultaneous over-supply of crude caused by lack of agreement on produc on levels by OPEC+ countries. Oil prices have again fallen below $30 per barrel and the outlook over the next 12 months appears very challenging.

My reason for posting is simple :-

Because the boards are meant for everyone’s opinions be it bullish or bearish. It seems like I’m a contrarian because all the investors here and underwater and don’t like to hear a negative view because they think my posts make the market (lol).

The funny thing is you all want me to explain myself but none of you can tell me your reasoning for anything to change within the next 12 months when you will need to raise money. How much money did they raise after Darwin and now look at the sorry state of the company. It’s been run into the ground at the private investors expense.

Anyone looking in from the outside can see it clearly as we are not in denial !

Ps Do I have to be a holder to post on here then ? And are you the moderator of these boards ?because you sure are acting as if you are .

Well I’m a new name on here and posted some old news from 30th April about the sale of 132m shares at 0.1p , which is more then 25% ofvthe company!

So if you wasn’t t talking about me then I’m curious to know who you were talking about ?

Having read this bb for many years it puzzles me when everyone who invested keeps talking the share up when all what’s ever happened is that new investors have gone straight into a loss.

It amazes me because what do they think is going to happen ?.All the bullish posts and current holders hopes didn’t and won’t mKe a blind bit of difference as can be seen by the current shareprice.

It’s about time current holders wake up and realise that more likely than not that they have lost every penny they have invested.

It’s better to get out with something than nothing unless you have your head buried in the sand and wish to blame anyone than yourselves.

Cut your losses early before they get huge and wipe you out and never fall in love with a share and get emotionally attached.

I wish you all luck because you’re going to need it here and the odds are well and truly against you , just like they have been since the discovery .

WTF did Paul day flow tests will start in two weeks and then in the next breathe say that he was waiting for authorisation to start ?

That’s very amateurish, he should have kept his big mouth shut until he got the go ahead.

If 3.8p mid doesn’t hold it ain’t looking good and we are screwed until news arrives

How much money have they spent since Darwin ? . How many years has that been ?
What makes you think they will get a partner in the next 12 months when they didn’t when oil was $100 a barrel - please tell me because I’m interested to hear you reasons .

BOR is nothing but a lifestyle company that’s going skint very soon and the market knows it .

It will fall to 0.5p (roughly cash value in a few months time).
