Still trotting out the same "jam tomorrow" BS. The El Limon royalty is paltry as you well know and will take countless years to recoup the $3m owed there. Why do you persist in trying to pull the wool over the eyes of readers here on that?

Migori, no-one was interested in the project imo before it was reported that RRR had had its license revoked and all the legal issues began. You've been pumping that angle since 2018 saying that another license is imminent. You will of course keep saying it is imminent as suits your agenda here.

And likewise you're equally peddling the same "jam tomorrow" spiel about Victoria.

You have your agenda, that's clear to see, you need the SP to reach 0.6p so you can convert all your Convertible Loan Notes.

Total Current Liabilities - £2.36 million

Admin - £282k for 6 months equiv to £564k a year

"Other Project Costs" - £126k for 6 months

This was the position 7 months ago and with little income here and with Jupiter significantly reducing the dividends one could imagine that cash is very tight indeed. With Admin burning value away at £47,000 a month and there being only £139k in the bank as at Dec . . . . . . well, as they say . . . do the math

Plus . . . the usual suspects are desperately trying to pump the share.

Clearly these people don't believe in the prospects here.

They probably realise that the rampers are trying to get the SP to 0.6p in order to reach the Conversion Price for the many outstanding Convertible Loan Notes. The holders of those notes have their cash locked in here until they can convert. The notes have been rolled over for a 3rd consecutive year. So with conversion price set at 0.6p I personally anticipate they will convert at the earliest opportunity, thereby adding loads of shares here. Believe what you will of course.

Here's a thing. If you like the company, believe the jam tomorrow prospects then stop wasting your life on a chat board, sit back and watch the profits come in. On the other hand if you're not confident and just want to make money off mugpunters then sure, hop on a chat board and ramp away . . . . .

With the lame pump and dump petering out here I predict that some kind of pithy Update RNS will be released imminently to try and bolster the troops.

The JMS shares are NOT worth £2.6m. That's merely the face value on the TSX. Any time those shares are sold and the cash released into the RRR coffers a huge proportion of it will be lost to Admin and expenses. You conveniently always ignore this and it simply shows your true colours. As stated already, between 2012 and 2019 RRR had £16m cash raised via placings etc and managed to spend over £12m on Admin and expenses. that's close to 75% of cash lost to admin and expenses which adds no value to shareholders here.

You keep trying to dupe readers with this same sum of the parts nonsense. It's simply embarrassing that you, a significant holder and holder of many of the CLNs here have a need to do that. Shameful stuff.

Last Aug/Sep Bell cashed in 1.5m of those Jupiter shares. He failed to put out any RNS to directly state he had done that, shareholders were left to find out for themselves by the 1.5m discrepancy of the stated holding in 2 separate update RNSs.
Shocking stuff. Where did the cash go from the sale of those 1.5m Jupiter shares? I think we can all guess can't we??!

Bell also conducted loans and transactions with Amulet Diamonds and didn't RNS the fact to markets

Bell also loaned £1.1m to the failing Steelmin venture and failed to RNS this to shareholders and the markets

Bell also failed to RNS the fact that Steelmin went into Administration in Feb 2019.

God knows what other loans, transaction or events have occurred that he hasn't RNS'd ! I don't understand how he can get away with not RNS'ng such things.

Your "sum of parts" valuations are disingenuous nonsense designed simply to lure mugpunters in here. That's why punters should do their own research and look at the figure in the annual reports.

So much of the cash goes to admin and expenses, all there in the annual reports. That's why the assets and holdings are never worth anything like their face value and why the "sum of parts" valuations are fantasy. It's why people like you can only wax lyrical about "jam tomorrow" fantasy valuations whilst in reality value seeps out the door. You should have removed the existing BOD and put in place new management. You failed to do so.
