Yes thats right , get into a good company that can give you loads of advise not just share trading but any financial advise you might need like Hargreaves Lansdown , they are one of the biggest with a customer portfolio of £82 billion so they are well respected , also deal with the other markets , I am not sure if those shares are going to float on the Canadian stock market , if Stewart is going to float on the European market I would have thought all the CICC`s would follow that route.

Candybelle / Yes the CICC Fund would be your first lot which is CICC ltd , then the company done a bit of moving about because on tax savings and moved the company to CICC Seychelles , with was done through Computershare , then of course we have CIC Gold ,likewise ,
Everyone keeps the first lot of CICC but they are only held in crest and I am pretty sure don`t hold any value , ie they won`t be floating because we all got CICC Seychelles as a replacement for the original CICC ltd , but as you say whether they are used for the other CICC like CICC Coal , CICC oil etc you wont beable to trade with them .
I do know that Stewart has a list of names of all the holders and how many they are holding and all the brokers that are holding all the shares like Beauforts which has gone into admin there is 92 CICC holders there who will be either getting sent their certs to their home address or to a new broker , Stewart is very aware about the Beaforts situation so no problem there as folk should get their certs back in September .

Hi folks just seen the CICC come up on the side so came to look in , interesting what Candybelle is saying , but do some of you remember when you thought about changing your shares over from your old broker your new brokers wouldn`t take your first lot of cicc but would take CICC Seychelles and CICGold , the first ones you would be sent just paper certs first CICC from your old broker,I admit none will take any till they relist . I hope i make sense ,I am just going to look at some paper certs I have got to see what they go under before the new shares were issued .

The original CICC is still there but i dont think it is worth anything , it had to stay active but would never be used but in replacement we all got CIC Capital (Seychelles)

SIPP yes you right I have get the chip off the shoulder and i have done so , weekend coming .
But as we all have an interest on this share some like the ship watching some like the undersea operations etc well I and some others like whats going on with the share price etc , and one of the interests with the SP is the ii`s buying in , yes on FOIL we will get a lot of pi`s jumping in but I want the ii`s buying in by the millions they are the ones who will push the price right up and that is why I take notice of the big buys like those late trades yesterday , they were red which shows on the trade board but they are often wrong , but no trade sales at 51p yesterday so they were buys, the day before you mentioned 2 big buys , they all would have been an ii buying at that sort of money and that starts to get interesting as Malcy mentioned in his interview it would be a good idea for an oil company to start buying shares in HUR , one to think about , but thats my reason for keeping an eye on the big buys etc . may not be important to the folk who watch the ship or the seabed operations but there is a lot watching the share trades.GL

ifonly1 / The reason I am saying that HUR are not a Producer but an explorer , the only reason they are going to start producing West of Shetland is because the majors are waiting to see how those wells will perform that have been drilled in the basement , ( this drilling is new to the North sea ) now Doc T is very confident that the wells should perform ok so that is what the majors are waiting to see , but DocT needs also to drill the next 2wells which should happen next year as long as the money is coming in from the 2 producing wells , once those next 2 wells are drilled DocT will have his data on the 2 producing wells on how they are performing , Then I can see offers on the table , The majors have been very clear they want to be part of the whole field so I see them buying the whole lot even the company name , everything , I dont see Doc T retiring I can see him moving to new sites which he already knows about possibly North sea or Irish Sea under a new name , IMO

Joe also the reason I did say that about the sell trades they were all auto as the price came down from that fairly high rise this morning , it may not have been relevant or a couple of other but hey dont worry about it ,

Joe / tell if you know the answer why is it sometimes for an example the price of a share is say 3.5p at say 9.00am then within a 15 minute period the price gets pulled down to say 2.2p with no rns`s and then within 15minutes the price is back up to 3.5p and you look at the sales on the trading bb and they are all auto trade where they have triggered stop losses and there follows a big buy or a late big buy , you tell me.

wellwell / I thought my first post this morning said we should have a blue day from what i saw on the trading bb , now we have had a few red days but today I said we should have a blue day before the market opened now when I looked at the bb once in awhile today it was blue and finished blue , now if you dont want that tip and it didn`t get pulled out of a hat , i wont let you know fair enough , but when ever i posted something positive about the SP you got grumpy because you are the sort of negative person when it comes to the SP not careful but negative.

DarkEnergy , A marketmaker sets the price so they are traded in an orderly manner so you don`t get massive drops and spikes generally , they also make it so it is trade able so they don`t have the SP way to high and no one buys etc ,
Now as for wellwell he is just rude and pokes his oar in and ticks up anyone who has talked someone down , he reminds me of someone who has his own chair in the golf club and wont let anyone sit in it if he is in the clubhouse .meaning unless you are an oil worker or one of his buddies you mustn`t chat on here ,

lauren I cant see why the stage 2 financing won`t happen by debt only , the company is getting it`s TORP agreements in and still working on Europe and Brazil which should get their target for stage2 financing with the banks and this was agreed , also the govt are involved in a possible UK Guarantee to cover the loans
from Sept 1 2016 RNS .
Once approved the Stage 2 financing is expected to comprise of aggregate senior debt facilities of up to US$2.6 billion (the "Facilities") to fund the Stage 2 capital funding requirement and costs relating to financing the Project. Financial close for the Facilities is expected to take place in 2018.

The Company expects the Facilities to be provided from a group of commercial banks, Export Credit Agencies ("ECAs") and other financing institutions (including the MLAs) with a component receiving the benefit of a HMT Guarantee to be provided under the UK Guarantee Scheme ("UKGS"). The MLAs will seek to arrange the Facilities and have indicated that they will fund up to US$700 million in aggregate of the Facilities. The initial marketing conducted by the Company indicated that further funds will be available above and beyond the amounts indicated by the MLAs.

The Infrastructure and Projects Authority ("IPA"), which was established in January 2016 by merging the Major Projects Authority with Infrastructure UK, and reports jointly to both HM Treasury ("HMT") and the Cabinet Office, has already prequalified the Project for consideration for a HMT Guarantee (announced 22 September 2015). IPA has discussed the Stage 2 financing plan with the Company and confirmed its interest in supporting the Stage 2 financing for the Project.Â

investin / also don`t forget the mine has some other one off factors ,

1 the mine could last 100 years
2 transport costs are going to be very cheap as once the tunnel is built it will conveyor belt straight to the port area , no road transporting .
3 all coming from one mine starting at 10 million tons going upto to 20 million tons ,
4 once it starts getting used the world will see how good it is compared to other fertiliser . just read the trials it is a first class product .infact world class product

investin / Nope there is no other company in the world like SXX that is why so many pi`s have got in now and putting into isa`s and SIPPs , ready for production , think about it on start of production they will produce 10 mill tons , that is more than any fertiliser firm in the world on a single mine , the other point , it is the best fertiliser by a long way so I cant think of another company in the UK that can beat SXX at the present time also the price at 35p of course there are other firms on the stock market but not like SXX , IMO
If you like oil and want to check out new stuff in the UK that is about to go into production in the north sea have a look at HUR , plenty of folk over there know about that share as a lot of oil workers are holding it .

investin / The company woundn`t have got off the ground without adding that amount of shares to start the mine off , 5 to 6 billion shares wont look to bad when the mine is operational , but I dont want to see a load more to help stage 2 financing . they must only get that cash from loans or investors will be very p*ssed off , if they had 10 billion then folk would run for the hills and CF would know that , those extra shares in options would get taken up by investors buying a few to top their isa`s up when they get paid etc , nothing to worry here just top up when you can

bongabob never give up hope when the company is still active even if it takes years ,we all know the cicc `s are not the most flavored shares with what they do or get their money but they seem to be getting excepted and they do know how to make money , they just need to keep their books in order lol,
