TDT / very true but I bet the bonds will be over subscribed and already sorted , that is why JPM are acting for SXX ,they would of already done their homework to raise the cash , some can say what they like but the $500 million will be there .i know I will sleep tonight .

TgT / That is what JPM have been doing sorting out the ii`s beforehand to give them the Open Offer , they will be over subscribed , anyway the company has the money to crack on , soon as 3 machines start boring the tunnels the better .

There could be a rights issue to help existing shareholders in the placing , otherwise the ii`s get the lot of cheap shares but like last time the SP dropped below the placing price for a short while.this may not happen this time as all the money will be raised to fund the project

Mr.dt , If and a big IF they issue more shares to raise £400 million , i would think at 20p per share that would be 2 billion shares , but I dont think they will ,partly the reason into going with the new deal .

Nigwit , I have bought more recently to have a holding I am happy with and can still sleep at night , but I spread my money around a bit with other stocks , I am not sure why you are a bit bothered in HUR but it maybe you were top heavy but I do have a lot of faith in the CEO that he will pull this off for us pi`s , I was a bit concerned when HUR sold some to Spirit Energy in a JV but they are ploughing 370 million in , that is a hell of a lot of cash , . it is these other factors you have to look at imo.

Nigwit / Maybe their views on your list are the same as mine but I have been looking more closely on budgets and timeframes which are all on target so I am pleased to be a holder .if you are thinking to be a holder then GL .

Nigwit / It is very easy to make a list like you have but looking at your list most AIM shares equal your list , as for ii`s buying in I see more will once into production and drilling new wells , most AIM shares only have a couple of large ii investors and a few trading , HUR should be very interesting on FOIL and good data readings , I would say a lot of ii`s are watching HUR very closely same as pi`s.

Looks like Caspinios got cold feet on one off the biggest projects this country has seen this decade , most of us know this mine is going ahead whatever , so the SP dipped from the 40 - 50p`s ,most have bought this share for a pension or long term investment ,this dip more than likely helped a lot of the long termers topping up and the ones wanting to get into this share at around 20p as they all know once into production could well be nearer or over a quid a share , that is not to far away either . Patience gets well rewarded , GLA

Most folk are interested in flowrates , that is what will help this share into new highs , Foil is a good start but also the start of the drilling program which starts very soon .

No one knows the new deal for stage 2 but could it be they have the offer of a rich new partner who wants to play a big part ..

sas/ Reading between the lines on his last post he thinks he will get followers when he buys and sells and posts it , I have seen lot of posters do this over the years most come unstuck and know no more than you or I , easy to call from a spike but get a couple of ii`s buying in then they get it all wrong , also majors are keeping a close eye on this one , they could make their move any day , then traders miss out big time. we all know when news is roughly due but it is the unexpected that surprises as all on these bb`s.

Hurricane is carried on a three-well programme in the Greater Warwick Area. This programme is due to get underway in mid-April as the contracted rig, the Transocean Leader, is sitting in Invergordon having just completed its last assignment for EnQuest.

Mr wilks / Some companies if they have a lot of shares in issue they consolidate to cut down on day trading , I remember the days of VOG they had 5 bill in issue ,I think the SP then was 7p ,the company said they were consolidating to cut day trading down which it did , they did a 40 to 1 which seemed ok and they had some good news coming out in a couple of days also more good news in the pipeline this even pushed the SP up quite quick because instead of 5 bill in issue they had around under 200mill ,I sold out then but they also have not been lucky the last few years and if you check the SP now it is running at around 13p , so consolidation is ok if the company is doing ok but scary if it has bad news ,
