What is annoying , the TBM is going twice the speed than first thought it would , they tend save on not having a second TBM to save a 100million , they found ways to save 200 million and we won`t see any of that , I am not sure why SXX told us that as AA will benifit from it , or maybe SXX likes rubbing salt into the wound .

Longterm / i don`t think convincing the bod will do anything , a plan was in place long ago , you could put 10 plans in front of them , they want AA in and that has been the plan many months ago, they also had the time to cover their tracks legally . messy game this one now .

folk feel stitch up , the way i read the bb the company never wanted any other offers , partners , open offers , rights issues , govt ,help , the company had one big plan and get pi`s to fund the start then kick them out ,

And rightly so people are Distressed , I have read on this bb that some have said this was a very risky share and needed big funding etc , NO that is not the case I believe this could have easily raised 600million and borrowed the rest , this is going to be a firstclass mine and a firstclass product and willbe the biggest fertiliser mine in the world , this certainly not risky that is why it has gone to pot , the money this mine is going to make is billions , reading that AA has been monitoring this mine for a long time and secret talks with CF is showing now that the BOD have been conning the shareholders all along . you hear on tv about people scamming people out of their pension funds well CF has done the same , conned everyone , they knew exactly what they were doing all along , still throwing 250k to charities make look like the best , soon the Facebook page will go and investor relations will tell you less and less , So after all that Folks No you haven`t lost because it was a risky company you were conned all along .

PPE , That could be the case , many will not say it but the last few years these BB`s have been the most powerful things on share dealing , take this share there are about 200 tops post on this bb but about 20,000 to 30,000 who are holding this share and read this bb`s , if a company wants to move the SP they will use posters who are up on share dealing and can write fast and answer any question , so people say filter them who are deramping , haha they want that even more because they can post without anyone questioning them they aren`t targeting folk who write on the bb they are targeting the 30k who don`t write but read , a broker said to me a few good derampers on a bb can bring a company down , some may say rubbish , trust me it can work and scare people into selling , believe it or not more shares are bought from people recommending a share on these bb`s than people looking at a share and researching , crazy but true

Ed / if you read the rns`s the company was looking to borrow for stage 2 then the bonds they say couldn`t get off the ground , then they have been saying they are in talks with quite a few to partner , this was the one that everyone was interested in because it is such a good project a partner could have been found , they have 13 million tons of torps , the mine could go on for 100 years then we get told an offer of 5.5p , not only that cf is going to work for them to rub salt in . this still will be a blinding company and a firstclass product just one big problem us investors won`t be part of it though we put a shed load in and getting peanuts back .

EdClowes , Just read the board and you will see everyone is gutted and feels stitched up by the CEO big time , the deeper you look into it , it starts to stink .

I read this post today from KnockingOnHeavens and thought it was one of the most interesting posts of the day , also bringing to light what seem that we could well and truely be purposely screwed by the company . I have reposted what Knocking had posted . with interest , also got 24 tickups .

And now we find out AAL have been keeping tabs on SXX for months and we also find out AAL is run by Aussies, ex Fortescue and Fraser and Scrimshaw our Chairman and CEO are Aussies both involved in Fortescue.

Stinks.

Equity raise at 5.5p for 500M ($675M) would see us hold on to this baby all the way through to 13mta and divvies.

Of course, australian business mafia ripping working people off in the middle of the UK. Fraser did a great job getting the permissions, selling locals the bunch of promises and getting their naive support for a few local charity donations ......I was warning about him since the extremely lucrative royalty deal with Gina was agreed. I wouldn't be surprised if it was all planned a long time ago including Fraser agreeing conditional deal with JPM in April 2019. They made a killing shorting SXX, share price has been dragged to the bottom. Coincidence? I don't think so. Company left with no money on the verge of bankruptcy created a perfect landscape for the takeover. He didn't even bother to remove JPM and they still act as Sirius' financial adviser to this day milking hefty fees. Now he's about to recommend the sale for next to nothing. Catastrophic drop from +50p to 3p with multiple parties making fortunes along the way. Leaks every time. Day light robbery. Large equity issue can comortably get us to the stage where the risk is reduced enough to borrow the reminder. They are not stupid - they must have consulted it with the top lawyers long time ago and are well prepared for any potential court case, the takeover will probably go without any vote. The company is nearly bankrupt, now they have a right do it. This is not just a series of random events, those circumstances have been deliberately planned & created.

Fraser & BOD's actions must be investigated.

JR / i hope people who are still in make more than the 5.5p , even a penny more would help a lot who are down a bit , i thought about it but had enough and bit the bullet ,
Groover / a lot of folk have never ever been in shares before and went into this not just to make money but to help their local area , so many people put into this just to make this work for the area that so needed good jobs people put everything they had into it , but they also wanted something back and rightly so , the company know that the locals have put in and are not traders but they have stuffed them good and proper , well all of us to be fair , i just hope people won`t take their lives over this or split their families up but you hear of cases that it happens with folk losing far less than they have on sxx .

the speed of the rns`s coming through with holdings i would think it was a done deal and no other offers on the table , other offers would have to been brought to light if they wanted to make a bid , it also very clear than CF wants this to go through , he has had a lot of free shares so he will do very nicely , all the talk about partners etc , never no talk of possible takeover talks , then we got that rns about takeover and he is happy about it at 5.5p , all that billion pounds putting it into the company then ftse 250 straight away , now buy out at under 400 million and he thinks a good deal , pity he never let us know how those partner talks were going , i lost a chunk on here today , but I have been thinking about all the folk who remortgaged their homes to buy some to help their families and the ones who put their life savings and pensions in here , some i bet are having sleepless nights thats for sure knowing they have lost nearly all what they had for their old age , there is a lot more going on behind the scenes in alot of family house holds this week ,
