Hemoknowldge ... The share price is a reflection of the companies forward projection. This price is currently being propped up by retail investors who have done that for years based on the science and HOPE that hemo will finally deliver something. Hemo delivered the clinical for CART but we are sitting at 1.7p. There needs to be a recognition of why that is. We cannot continue to blame traders and shorters who destroyed the share value because if there was trust in the running of the company and in the information that came out of RNS / Videos, this would be 10p+. That isnt the case.
I would never be able to run this company but I am also not paid to do so. Vlad is. He has a team of advisors yet does he listen to them. If he did, I am sure the decisions he has made to pump via an RNS and then do an immediate placing 3 times would have not been approved. No one believes now that this won't happen again and happen and so no one wants to buy into a company that continues to dilute. No new investors also come on board since we are still potentially 6 months away from hearing on results of clinical trials, there is no funding for CBR and CDX and no one knows how long the recent £3m raise will last. You have 2.8m shares so you must be operating at a loss and have been for years ... how is that a good investment? Yes we all invest based on what we know but we reinvest on what we see and no one is investing big in hemo.
I ask:-
1) Why have directors never bought shares? This is now 1.6p and an absolute bargain I keep telling myself but not a single director has bought a share and not even vlad who gets over £400k per year in salary!!!
2) Why now CART is clinical, has not a single pharma offered to do a deal and if it has, why was it rejected?
3) What is the all the news on Bait bio and the video with prevail? Where is prevail now?
4) As a new investor, why should they invest here when the company could just about get 2p for a share and is struggling to get sentiment approval above 1.6p !!
5) Why do all projections never get met? Trials in 2023? Trials starting in months?
I know you are not vlad but you seem to be very learned in your passion for hemo so I would really like to know your views on above rather than making excuses and stating we should sell off or move on. if that happened, the share price would crater to 1p since there is no one willing to buy this risky stock.
For me, I had decided previously to stay until CART was Phase 2 but now I will wait till trial results arrive and then sell. I truly feel that hemo can do some immediate things like provide an update on the trials, on prevail, update the web site to make it investable and critically finalise the funding issue and then all those doubters will be gone since that is the main issue that they continue to hold onto ... hemo is not funded and will continue to be diluted every 6 months. Sorry for the long email but since I have sent 6 emails to vlad and never got a re
