I agree that vlad has really got all the timing wrong. nevertheless apart from the placings and 1 delayed clinical, the company has always produced great updates. Sadly, it is all being ignored as people focus on the money issue. There is no way a company that has FDA approval and going into trials for CART (where the market is billions), is only worth around£14m !!!! Once the market wakes up and recognises every company has risk and every company needs to raise funds to grow, the science will again take priority. Until then the shorters will continue to produce FUD over the money issue ... which doesnt exist for me until Oct / Nov anyways !!

I think you will be surprised with the amount of shares that retail own, bought on the placing again and now are just getting impatient and just want some money back. On this front, I would agree with dhub that unless you absolutely need the money, Hemo will not go bankrupt, this price is stupidly low and u will miss out if it rises and there is no positive news factored in here ... just all negative FUD based on a placing that is unlikely to come at a low price.

Anyways, everyone has their own opinion and you either wait and hope or sell off as some LTHs have i feel.

Pwi ... Yes i agree the sentiment is poor at present but thats with many stocks in pharma. I am surprised people are selling this low. They know trials could start anytime and that could be a rerate. There should be news next week in the AGM on updates. That could create a rerate. We expect news on CBR and CDX at some point. That could create a rerate.

I understand why people are keeping away since they think a placing may be coming soon but it is more likely on positive trials, this will rocket and then a placing at 10p+ doesnt matter or a pharma will invest etc. This is sadly now a binary play and unless overall market sentiment changes or vlad puts out some news to confidence on the funding issue, i think it will stay this low for some time. It's truly amazing considering where we were 6 months ago on FDA approval !!!!

Sadly what this shows is how fickle the investor base is in hemo ... full of traders who dont see a quick return and get out and a load o f trolls / shorters who like to spread FUD. Bad decisions by vlad have just helped them destroy sentiment in hemo.

Until hemo can attract real LTHs and institutions, this manipulation on the share price will be a weekly occurrence.

Drutor ... I agree partially. This funding thing has been blown out of proportion. of course its an issue for the long term if you are intended to stay in this stock for P1 to P3 but most i suspect will derisk in a big way once trials start and the 1st patient results arrive. This could happen anytime in the next 6 months. If these results are positive, funding will not be issue and it is unlikely Vlad will get the funds he needs until results are out so its a catch 22.

I suspect this will start to rise once the trials get announced and the countdown (approx 1 month) starts for initial results. Thats when this will rocket on positive news and most will get locked out with the frenzy of buying. All we can do now is buy more and average down or invest as a new investor and wait. This is definately the best time to build a portfolio around hemo as it could be 10% to 1000% in 6 months !!!

Pwi ... ok understood but then why try to create FUD stating 1.2 when you want it to spike so you can sell off? That spike will come when trials start or licencing is approved or funding or something of real significance. People who are waiting for 1.2p are a bit silly as we know this can rise as fast it can fall.

Bluetiger ... I personally believe this is the most undervalued stock on the market when a brokers note states equivalent companies like this should be around £90mcap and we are only £15m, about to enter trials in two possible sites, have expanded CART to cover children and CBR is moving into multiple lab tests with possible Govt organisations. CDX is primed to move on success of CART. I also think they have over £2m in the bank and yes their IP is definately worth multiples of todays price so I am not worried about the value of the company. This share price is totally governed by retail investors and once they return or big pharma / institutions swoops on P1 trials, the wait will be worth it. Good luck but one day the science will make this share price today look silly and those who dare will win !!!!

ABSOLUTELY ... The only thing holding this share back is the continous uncertainty on funds yet we all know there are enough funds till around October for the trials to start and show initial results. The fear of a sudden placing is destroying any confidence in the value of the company yet the science looks so amazing !!!!

The video was missing alot though from an "operations" perspective :-

- Where are we with funding discussions and what type of discussions going on. Vlad says things in previous videos and then never follows up in the next ones so questionable

- Trial dates expectations ... again this is great to hear new site but its nearly 5 months and we dont know when trials could start ... this is why no one is investing

If some colour would be given on these items, the transparency if nothing else would give people confidence to invest. All the shorters are in control pushing out the FUD messages on lack of funding etc

It sounds like the expansion of CART into child cancer could be a major gamechanger and maybe if trials are positive, could be accelerated under a special program. That would make this investment all the better for the wider good

Trials starting +10%

Trial results being positive +50% to 200%

CBR Licence +500%

Funding or partnership with big pharma 20% to 1000% depending on deal

Based on past AGMs, it has been mainly just votes on resolutions and pay. That is why it has zero impact on the share price. Everyone thinks an RNS will come with the AGM but it never has and I don't expect it to anytime soon sadly. The CEO will get his bonus and salary and nothing will change.

Yes we all deserve a break with the length of time we have been here. I guess the only learning I have is that never to invest so heavily in one stock and never believe what a ceo says (even on an RNS). They all have ulterior motives.

The one thing that I still get angry with even at this low price and with vlad and his team putting a brokers note stating an equivalent price of £90m, he or any of his directors have not invested at this crazy low price. He expects retails holders to prop up the company backed up by a number of supporters like JHFH and Haywain. I find that seriously sad considering he gets paid £400k a year and hasnt really delivered anything yet and diluted the company to sh**

Mornington .. i would say it was greed not being a fool. Only those insiders who were given advance notice of a placing were the same ones. All LTHs expected with FDA approval this to be 5 or 10p and then a placing at 7 or 8p likely. Sadly we were screwed over by some stupid leaks ...

Blue ... you are absolutely right but there will be many times between now and Phase 3 success to get out. There will be many rerates as we have seen in the past and many chances for traders to trade. Nevertheless, at £16m MCAP this is not a risky venture since it has funds, it has multiple products in advancement and a product going into clinical. No one knows the future but if this company does a licencing deal on CART, we can expect a large downpayment so funds will be good and a recurring fee on progress i suspect.

Of course uncertainty will be there once trials start but we should get positive / negative news fairly quickly on the patient and that will be 1st rerate or downrate. Lets hope CBR also proceeds asap.

Accountant ... I have around 14.7m shares at average 1.86. I sold once for personal reasons but bought back once I got money. I am here for the long term but naturally like to vent since this has been a painfully long investment. I invested to make money but more importantly to be part of a cancer cure. I detest the shorters and destroyers of this stock since with FDA approval, this should have been well over 5p by now and we would be excited about trials. Instead we continue to get rubbish about fund issues (and some of it is understandable due to vlads past history).

I just hope someone at the AGM gets real clarity and not these silly pumped up RNSs that gives us clear dates on trials , where they are with discussions that were supposed to be going on etc. I sent multiple emails to hemo with no response

Dhub ... I agree with your analysis and would be buying more if I had money. This has huge upside if we can clear a few hurdles and just announce trials starting. The money issue is a non issue at present since they have funds till around October but the shorters are making that an issue and creating FUD.

For me, once trials start and whether there is a rerate or not is irrelevant. As soon as news of trials being successful (Hopefully), this will grab attention in every pharma journal and will then have big pharma appearing to provide money and agreements. I may not believe in Vlads business accumen but hopefully he has prevail and other financially savvy people supporting him to a better deal than he has done before
