Where did this Tier 1 come from? That is not how banks work at all in terminology in high risk regions/ventures. They always put it into a different tier on the books

How are they addressing final 10 mill.

The document notes these conditional proposals "in aggregate, exceed the required amount" but provides no breakdown of individual amounts or binding commitments.....

Hmmm but i asked an ex financier what questions he would have if expected to sign next week. He would even deem other parts of the structure shortfall if not fully signed off prior.
