I reached to Lloyds via there online help within my account, they responded stating that they will reach out to all shareholders of GDR in due course regarding the open offer, still waiting and chased them again today….

Not sure there will be any corporate action until after the GM and resolutions passed, or am I wrong in thinking this?

This may not be the same for all banks, brokers etc. I would suggest you contact your broker via their support page, email phone etc, there is some good advise and info being posted on here but do check with your broker….. GLA

I’m in Lloyds stock ISA, emailed their support and had a reply, can not take part in REX, but they will contact all GDR shareholders in due course when open offer becomes available.

We knew the placing was coming, so no surprise there. day traders now pi ssed that they sold and hoped to get back in cheaper, however those that held have a nice discount at 1.5p. Don’t be misled by the derampers, why would anyone want this company to go under if they are invested. Two world class products about to go commercial.

I too think this is a positive RNS, there is no bad news yet some imply there is by bringing up points that are not addressed in the RNS. We know that it was 3 years before NICE would reconsider full recommendation of RNR1, but this new EVA funding suggests it may be sooner, how is that kicking the can down the road! Also it doesn’t state or imply no special commissioning in the mean time….

Me too , was expecting news by now, especially on Specialist Commissioning for RNR1, JC stated in November update (video on YouTube) that it’s “pretty much 100% clarity that it’s happening” just needed to push on the when, and he hoped to update shareholders by end 2023 or early 2024.

Also more RNR1 sites going live, as in plural, we’ve only had one so far..

Surely some news due to drop…

I seem to recall seeing August for revelation of tendors, is that correct? Was also able to Google search but not as much information on it. Clontarf also requested Bolivia to go to tendor so guessing they are confident. That said would we now expect news in August from Clon?

Well I make that 3 in December and now 3 in January 2024, must have a decent cash holding! So I’m guessing these devices don’t make themselves, unless we have a significant stock holding which I doubt, we will need a few given the roll outs planned, money well spent. Just a guess….

2024 will be a great year for Ceres that’s for sure with the Bosch partnership and their SOFC going into production in Bamberg, https://www.bosch.com/stories/sofc-system/. Not sure when but looking forward to that. Would be great to get news on the JV this year, thought that the recent agreement with Biden and XI on military ties might ease the tension, I’m sure the delay is a political issue , just an opinion, GLA investors…

Just a thought but perhaps the hauliers”Explore Transport and Plant Hire” are picking up other items on the way to the event, or maybe they have a large pickup near the destination for delivery else where. There are various reasons perhaps a large artic was provisioned by the hauliers, not sure AFC would have requested this, but merely requested a vehicle to transport an item from A to B.
