If PRIM do not get you guys back on track with buy back into Pri0r1ty, which has to be their best option, then this^

Look at it this way, at least this PRIM thing, through no fault of Pri0r1ty, has got us noticed throughout the market in ways we maybe wouldn't have at this stage of the company. With either outcome, i'm sure there will be much more talk about us, in many more Podcasts etc, more exposure. This is all very helpful as we enter what will undoubtedly be news rich months ahead for PR1, especially as we enter the US markets.

Question is, does PR1 currently present itself as a good investment opportunity at this share price, at this Market Cap

You bet it does

For me looking at PR1 as an investment, forgetting any reliance on the outcome of the PRIM situation (those shares are gone, negative impact done, with possibility of a positive outcome), PR1 has many great things going for it, especially at this lowly MC, and once the PRIM news is out with whatever outcome, the focus would return to the fundamentals, which again are looking incredibly promising from my point of view. Add to that the US listing, and all of the exposure and interest there....

Well Matt, if it was already up in the double figures, as high as 50p, would we care that much if they couldn't buy?....problem solved, we've already multi bagged :)

It seems as straight forward as this as we see it currently:

Prim took their investment before they where allowed, going against one of, if not the most important rule.. No 7. That investment was there to help both parties, but certainly to help with the growth of Pri0r1ty, and would have aided other investors in their decision to invest in PR1. The premature and (seemingly) unlawful selling of those shares has had a very direct and detrimental effect on PR1....... purely because of PRIM, which has been blatantly obvious to see in the share price decimation since the sale, which even with all this company building news we have just had, could not turn it around.

The actions and violations of rules on the AIM market they chose to list on, and who's rules they must then and abide by, has directly damaged and devalued (at least temporarily) a fellow AIM listed company. That's the basis of what we know and have been told thus far

I get that Rick, what ever happens it's best to face any investment with a healthy bit of scepticism, especially in AIM. Does look extremely promising that the buy back will be PRIM's only really viable option, but yep, until it's there in black and white we can say it's going to do this, or that, but doesn't make it so. Also, if everything was a certainty in the markets, we would all be rich. Sometimes though, the almost to good to be true, comes true

I think the guy on the Podcast did a pretty good job of explaining in some detail how that would happen here, basically a lot going on behind the scenes before we know anything about it

We don't have to convince anyone, the news incoming and the HNWI purchases will do that....They'll just be buying in at a higher price, but then so will just about everyone when this gets going, probably a lot higher

The OTC listing begins end of this month, and yes it will go ahead whether the PRIM thing is sorted or not

I'll say this, if the very unusual situation at PR1 results in a massive squeeze that's being excitedly talked about and predicted all over the place, you will see a very large top here from me anywhere near this price

I'll post this again as i think people need to listen to what is being said about PRIM, and if they have to by back, which the well connected and experienced guys here are of the opinion that is what will happen, and if that does happen it will most definitely create one hell of a squeeze situation....even before PRIM starts buying!

I can say with all honesty and conviction, no ramping, this has to be one of the most exciting investments i've seen in over 20 years in the markets. Most investors just not getting it yet
