1. How much dilution should I prepare for
2. Where are these funds going they intend to raise.

Having researched COFRA and looked at the holding the Entrepreneurs fund has is anyone else surprised yesterday's RNS didn't kick start things in terms of buying pressure? For me this is a great appointment and clearly the fund are taking an activist approach to getting a good ROI.

I have learnt not to take any of the dates these companies give us as something to hold on to as they are always late!

Just to say I have done extensive calcs on this and I have come up with 64p as the final SP for sale of the whole company. Look forward to the party at the end. Night.

Nice article and impressive plant. Sure there are some risks here, hence the SP and MCAP so low but huge potential. I sold out at 3.3p and have come back in on Friday. Risk/reward looks good at these levels.

By no means a done deal as XPB keeps reminding us but we all know that and have invested at these levels due to the upside if it comes good. Lots to do for Velocys and good luck as this is great for the environment.
