Does anybody know anything about the payment of the bonds that where due yesterday? I assumed we would get an RNS yesterday or this morning with information about how they where handled.

A bit of AI research suggests that May/June and a €20,000 cost is realistic since the infrastructure is already there.

I would not trust this to be accurate, but it seems to me that it is a relatively cheap and quick process.

It will probably not go up before there are some major updates. It seems to me that investors are betting that Zenith will not be able to deliver on any fronts and I don't think we will see any price hike before we get some conformation that things are progressing.

We are waiting on several updates that are overdue or at least ripe at any time:

- The outcome of the tender process and the green loan funding for the first part of the solar pipeline

- The completed submission off the EIA for the uranium mines

- The completion of the sale of the oil rig

We are also looking out for news of:

- Updates on the 31 March debt payment

- Updates on the ICC-1 Enforcement

I however believe that it is very likely that we will get some major news this week or at least in February. Just because the EIA submission should be confirmed around now, the solar tender should be finishing between now and the middle of march and the rig sale is very overdue.

I don't think it will appear until the administrative review is successfully completed. Zenith will most likely inform us before it appears on on the website. They could also be in a "Richiesta di Integrazione" (Request for Integration) if there is something missing in the original submission. This could delay the process a few weeks depending on the issues. But I believe we are still within the timeline of just normal bureaucracy.

I have read that MASE has a 15 day window to respond and accept an EIA submission. If Zenith did in fact send their submission in January, as per the plan, we could expect to get an announcement later this week or Monday next week. Any thoughts?

I think the point about the 12-14 year timeline is a bit misleading in this case. To my understanding that timeline typically applies to greenfield projects (starting from scratch). Zenith's projects in Italy (Novazza and Val Vedello) are brownfield sites. This means that the mines and infrastructure is mostly there and built. They also have decades of historical data from AGIP, which skips the years normally spent on initial discovery. This should take several years of the timeline.

Also the EU Critical Raw Materials Act (2024) has put pressure on EU governments to "fast-track" critical raw material permitting. For projects designated as strategic, the act targets a maximum permitting time of just 27 months for extraction. this should significantly speed up the traditional regulatory hurdles.
