I am surprised with some of the comments here. A couple of weeks ago I put the RNS page link of Amgo in to a couple of AI models, and both said to expect big dilutions. SO that was expected and a lot more to come. Also expect a consolidation, not that it will make a difference to the valuiation.

The board would never offer this subscription to all investors as the admin would be too costly, imagine every holder with few hundred pounds wanting to invest additional few quids. Easier to go to a handful of investors with a 20% discount which frankly is a great deal for us.

So, this is part of the steps needed to get the company operational and start generating revenue. Frankly its a great news and I 110% support it, I bough a chunk on back of it. DYOR and stop nagging.

Very likely back to 30s mid to long term. Trend still up. biggest issue is their point of sale, to slow and manned by nelow average IQ'd staff. They need to upgrade to electronic POS and workflow like with many other fastfood outlet. The market will love that
