Friendsps - if the BOD fail to deliver the sale this year and it’s still not sold by next AGM, would you revise your appraisal of their performance? With regards to being positive, it’s quite difficult id imagine if you’re heavily underwater and the BOD have discussed value destruction (or however they’ve worded it) and in the same breath sale soon (hopefully).

Until the war ends and things settle down I can’t see a happy ending. Sorry but that’s my opinion and happy to discuss alternatives.
