Question was - if the BOD don’t announce some kind, any kind of sales news before the new year, will that change your unwavering faith in their ability?

Not looking to call you out or say I told you so etc. Just looking for an honest opinion from an investor who seemingly has supreme confidence in what the BOD say or release via RNS.

Full disclosure - I find it really odd that more folk aren’t questioning their performance, vague detail and slipped timescales.

BFL - I wouldn’t mind but I’m sure what OoT is trying to say. I’m guessing he’s got some sort of spreadsheet going if he’s saved posts from banned users. I would suggest that OoT is one of those folk that can’t be reasoned with and it’s his way or the highway. Probably why he’s held onto his shares whereas a little bit of rational thinking would’ve exposed a multitude of red flags.

Sir P - I can understand the need for NDA’s if there’s serious consultation, DD and a good chance of a serious offer being made but after four years with the For Sale sign up and zero offers out to shareholders it’s time for some clarity and openness regards what the company are sat on.

Question regarding the DFS - Why haven’t they released it? NDA’s seems to be the standard response. So let’s say no offer is made before the next AGM it would be safe to assume that there’s been plenty of time given to the prospective buyer to complete DD, make an offer etc?

Would it be fair to say that IF the DFS was overwhelmingly positive as Pompal is suggesting, it would be beneficial to release publicly to give investors some answers and also let potential buyers see exactly what they might consider making an offer on?

Rags - IF a sale is announced. Actually, I won’t disappear either way, sorry! I need closure on this story!

I would suggest that the vast majority of what’s left of the “knowledgeable LTH’s” are anything but. Winging it comes to mind.
