Good news about first sentinel is that they are the only U.K. OTC sponsor so maybe they can get the application back on track or shed some light to shareholders who bought in on that announcement the cause of the delay.

So Aquis forced them to fess up about the change of advisor and they had to put out a new RNS today
https://www.aquis.eu/aquis-stock-exchange/for-investors/announcements?view_news_id=3785522
Surely this wasn’t the news all these hodlers have been waiting for!?
“ Valereum's entire management team is focused on completing the Gibraltar Stock Exchange”
Isn’t the “entire management team” two people and isn’t that the entire company?
The mind boggles why anyone would go near this with a ****** stick. Only explanation is the guys investing in this are smarter than those poor fools that got screwed on the other incarnations and it’s going to come good this time.

Their RNS' really doesn't age well do they, just read these:
April 8th 2021 - RP says "We see a bright future for cryptocurrencies and are pleased to announce the engagement of Kyudoka Capital Corporation of Canada to advise and assist Valereum with establishing and building out its cryptocurrency mining operations. Kyudoka brings the necessary experience in heavy compute, cryptocurrency infrastructure, and strategic technology advisory to meet our objectives within this rapidly growing and transformative sector."
A few weeks later RNS " Valereum Blockchain Plc (AQSE: VLRM), the Blockchain Technology venture builder, advises that it will soon commence mining bitcoin in the United States, having purchased new BTC mining hardware with a combined computational processing power of 1,600 TH/s (trillion hashes per second)." and RP says "We at Valereum are firm believers in the future of the cryptocurrency markets led by bitcoin"
15 months later August 2022 -"Valereum acquired 20 BTC miners in the USA, as announced on 21 April 2021, with a combined computational processing power of 1,600 TH/s (trillion hashes per second) and Valereum's wallet currently holds approximately 4.15 BTC."
So in 15 months 20 BTC miners generated 4.15 BTC? That's £67k, less than £5k month at today's price before you factor in the cost plus these fancy Kyudoka consultants. £250 per month per bitcoin miner!?!? Did they switch the things on? Anyone know how much they paid?
Why would DL/Vinanz be buying what sounds like the ZX Spectrum of bitcoin mining rigs into a new listed company I wonder
Question for the tg group unless it has already been answered elsewhere:
- If RP believes this is a £10 SP, which as someone earlier suggested would make it a unicorn and he a very wealthy man, why is he only part-time on VLRM? He is also CEO of Wishbone Gold so where does he spend his time and effort? Based on a quick check of the most recent annual reports for both companies does he split it equally given the compensation he takes from each is roughly equal? From Wishbone he took £168k plus what looks like a further £28k for adminstration expenses. From VLRM £183k and there was a further £38k of expenses incurred by the directors. So give or take around £370k plus expenses across the two companies (both of which reported £0 revenue in the financial year, nice work if you can get it).
The first question I'd ask of any management team is where their prioirties lie, what skin they have in the game and why I should back them if they aren't all-in on the opportunity they are presenting to me. Just my personal view, other investors might be more relaxed.
Move on!! this is by far the most entertaining BB on this whole site! Worth a couple minutes a day to see the car crash play out in real-time. I believe there is a way to block negative posters so all you get is the pumping and good news posts. Imagine, You’d never have to know that none of the good news never actually materialises, it would be like you very own VLRM echo chamber (or is that what the telegram group is for?)
Not in the telegram and not interested but surely if there is any market sensitive information being shared in there a) as you say it suggest even more of a massive pump spin fest and b) won’t regulators have something to say about this in due course.
Oh JPN you asked “vinanz who are they”, shock horror its a company controlled by none other than leningas!? strange….
