Nil. The IPO at 4.5p in August raised plenty and as AB said in the interview recently the overheads are tiny and there’s no need for a placing. His words not mine. They can grow this business rapidly & with low costs, it’s not cash hungry which is why they expect break even on the next 2 territories. Just tuck these away.

Agreed, with an alleged £17K of investment one doesn’t tend to slate one’s stock. I would suggest the Moniker ‘Classhero’ is inappropriate, ‘Pinoccihero’ probably more apt.

Yes Monty. 2 Million users across the UK very achievable. Conservative even. Then more Countries. Everyone loves dining out, especially if they can more easily afford it.

No problem, not dim at all, we all had to start at some stage & it’s a big learning curve. Remember though, although these boards can be useful they often suit individual posters & one needs to filter & check facts independently, your own research is crucial. Company Websites, Directors, Shareholding’s, institutional investment, Main Market listing etc etc, Good luck.

There is currently a £20K annual limit to fund a Stocks & Shares ISA. This can either be made up of cash or stocks or a combo of both. A Bed & ISA is a transfer of a stock from a trading account into an ISA. The instruction goes via your broker, there’s usually a little Tab next to the stock in your PF. The advantage to transfer the stock from a trading account to an ISA is to avoid capital gains, particularly if one thinks there could be hefty growth in that stock. You will note that Several trades today used their entire annual allowance on DISH.

Freefloat now after Hadron & Align topping up. SP of 5p = Cash at £15M. Plus the uplift if Crypto’s really get going.

There isn’t more interest here yet, perhaps it’s currently overlooked or misunderstood. Bitcoin up 220 points so far today & all Crypto’s rallying....... Imagine Bitcoin surpassing $20K again this year, I’m thinking returns could be substantial.

Customers at £75 gives an annual revenue of £150M The market may put a 10x earnings on that valuation. Even If we adjust the annual customer valuation down to £25 we can increase the number of customers as the app rolls out globally, one can see why a £100M valuation could be very low. Tripadvisor paid £100M for Tastecard & now there’s a ‘killer app’ - BigDish current techy version starting to gain traction, like I’ve said....ignore the shakes, this stock is on the ascendancy, imo.

And......people are forgetting that the £1.50 is per customer per booking. I personally eat out around twice a week, or 100 times a year. I’m not always the one who pays but perhaps my colleagues or family members will also book via the app. Corporate clients eat out much more often, I did when I was ‘in business’. So look at the numbers at say £75 a customer per annum for starters, then the maths gets interesting. Then after the UK start to multiply other Countries populations & their ‘dining out’ habits, France, Italy, Spain just for starters. The current MCap is £8M. Watch this rocket.
