The company was acquired by Carlyle Group, through a $280 million LBO. He was a director at Kyriba, an in-house bank and payment factory SaaS platform that became a unicorn after receiving a $160 million investment from Bridgepoint Capital. He was also with Trema for six years, helping large incumbent banks and corporate treasuries manage their risk through straight-through-process automation. The company was acquired by Warburg Pincus, through a $150 million LBO in 2006 and later by ION Group. He earned a Degree from Cambridge University and a Degree from the University of Bath.

I’m encouraged by the trading update, Being selected as the preferred supplier for Wimbledon I think was an interesting announcement and clearly their products are gaining traction.

I can see a solid rerate over time.

The 80M shares issued to the owners of Everfax are ‘Hardlocked’ for 12 months.

The Volatility is due to the low freefloat, once buying resumes it will run hard - I’m just waiting to add more, along with plenty of others I suspect - who blinks first sort of thing…….

Zak Mir featured Fiinu on his charting channel yesterday, ‘broke the top of the rising trend channel, new & fresh leg to the upside as high as 23p”

I take a lot of these things with a pinch of salt but a lot of people follow Zak, and it creates momentum in the stock.

This is a Company that has huge scalability potential with their product and Q4 sees the launch with their first major UK bank - have no doubt that discussions are ongoing with major European banks too.

Furthermore, with the freefloat already very diminished by big holders like our CEO, 80M locked etc, stock is hard to come by.

Think about that before giving them up.

So the Owner of Everfax has seen some very convincing evidence to sell out his rapidly growing business for 100% of stock in Fiinu.

Plus the 12 month ‘Hard lock’.

Plus a further 20 M shares at 20p.

Very rare to witness something like this, and to be in sub 20p before The Bank is announced is also a gift, imo.

Trades, I’ve gently been adding but my 60K nibble at 11.4p wasn’t printed, so will appear after close…..MM’s don’t want it to spike….as there isn’t much stock!
