At the moment the directors are preparing the soon to be full year results, and as we are/ have been very shrt of RNS's in the positive all these weeks and months, i imagine when the results are announced, the will include SHARE OPTIONS FOR ALL DIRECTORS. Obviously at this very low price. We will then eventually receive a regular update and RNS's that will be in the positive!

You know Deepverge must have something VERY SPECIAL product wise for the Chinese to placing orders. To fulfil these orders, the seemingly need Microsaic's products. All adds up really. Both companies will do very well.

Agree, you might be correct. If Deep is going to give huge contracts to Microsaic, as i seems like they will do, then joining up would make sense. Obviously the CEO wife doesnt invest in another company without a reason.

As a non holder here but, very interested in this company. Also very interested to see that the CEO wife has invested around £400,000 to buy shares in Microsaic.

hear on Radio 4 this mornings 8 am news, that the Gov were investing heavily in this waste water treatment. Now if its Deepverge, this could be significant!

look at the lack of interest now in RMS.....this board had hundreds making comments...share price around 5p...etc.

As more people sell, what would it take to get back to anywhere near 5p now, certainly not a RNS about order coming in.

There hasnt been a positive RNS because.
1. Directors wanting share price to be as low as possible to buy in gradually.
2. There is not any positive news.
3. There is bad news, so dont want to tell us.
4. Directors getting into place all their Warrants and options before the positive RNS.

Choice of four......which one for you? Or please suggest another.
