Has MKS ever been a possible rake over target.Considering the companies value thought it might be attractive to some financial people.

The ex dividend dates for both DLG and AV.have long gone so when the dividends are paid later in May there should be no corresponding reduction in their SPs

Can we hope for a bid from any other company if Sidara price is rejected

PJ agree with your comments.Surely Apollo are busy re appraising the situation ready to act should Sidara try a low offer below 100p that the Wood board will refuse

By my calculations assuming AV price of 457p the original offer appears to have been reduced to 265p .This is 10p per share less .Any ideas if investors will accept lower offer or do we hold new AV shares until the 10p is recouped

Please helpout an old novice investor. With the current AV price lower than the offer price is it expected that AV will increase the number of shares offered to compensate for any drop.

Why are people selling at 576p when shortly they will get 605p?

Sold my shares when for the first time since lockdown started I was in the black .was happy for few days then the price took off and left me behind.So yes I will leave the trading to others.Thsnk you for your time
