Considering the delay the share price is holding pretty well. We know they are in negotiations so it's just a matter of waiting. I have been doing that for nearly 3 years so a bit longer is fine by me to get the right deal. I agree communication from IMM over the years has been sparce and the big elephant in the room is Avion.

This P140 is new patent. What we don't know is what rights Avion have over it. Tim had something lined up until the large interest from big pharmas that is obvious. Let's see what happens, it will unravel very soon.
