Just looking back a year to see why SP rose so rapidly 12 March Interims Rising Costs, Losses widen, Rev growth seen, SP around 4.6 (roughly were we are now) Events that followed 26 April German OEM win 16 May Further order for Guardian 21 May Sales Guidance lowered 4 Jun US OEM Win 15 Jun 63.17m share issue for performance awards 22 June SP peaked around 14p
It seems a mixed bag of good and bad news (no change there some would say) Was it the share issue that cause the decline ??
No reason history can repeat given another design win or 2 and some positive Guardian news Hold on to your hats (or maybe shares)
Cant understand the negative comment around a company i assume most of us are invested in and want to do well. The mood on this board swings with the share price direction from excellent research to dire gloom, if i was looking to invest, reading this board i would walk away. I think we all know the SP is trading in a range pending news / funding confirmation. The outlook is bright, and much research shows Fleet is gaining numbers and new markets are opening up all with great future potential. Come on guys give our management a break !
Terrym, i make it 3,675,116 sell, not totted the buys or the Unknown’s @ mid price, you have to look at the NEX trades also. Maybe some recovery tomorrow hopefully
Down 4%, I don’t like delayed results, it could be good or bad Waiting for a contract win to come in ? Waiting to finalise fund raising ? Uncertainty doesn’t help the SP Already had one disaster last week with ‘RED’
If any deal gets done now which looks doubtful as sp below discounted placing price then its likely existing shareholders will get wiped out, i sold immediately on the RNS and got out just above 2. I sold because there was no one willing to underwrite the placing. Not sure what went wrong, they seemed to have a good product but it seems with little sales and certainly not enough cash to see through to any profits.
Hard to see SP rising while there remains a possible fund raise in prospect, this mornings rise looked like what you might expect from a weekend share tip but i didnt see one apart from the ‘D.Mail insert
Great solid foundation for lift off8 Mar 2019 07:28
Latest RNS re ‘Toll’ is another in a series of applications for SEE Tech that creates a solid foundation for future earnings together with major auto wins and steady fleet build
