Seeing I’m not posting to argue just stating possible risks to keep a balanced view.

Take a look recently their are billion market cap companies that have failed, you can have all the orders you like but if cash flow fails / funding setback then it can all go wrong very quickly. I can quote Carillion, Interserve, retailers galore !
SEE funding is not a done deal yet, clearly the market isnt impressed so far.
Sorry if it conflicts with your views but there are other views on this board that get shot down to many times and so far have proved to be more in line with whats happening to date.

Since hitting 13p all we have heard is the fall in SP is a good price to average down at , there comes a point when the risk/reward ratio becomes to great and it becomes a gamble not an investment. Gamble on funding, wining contracts, making profit out of them and you have to wonder with such a small market cap why SEE has not been snapped up if everything is as good as we are constantly being told from many sources. Why would OEM’s choose SEE tech on the possibility they could go out of business.

Web....I have to agree with you, with another 4 years to break even and the directors feeding themselves at every opportunity. They couldn’t make prediction on future years until end of this year, ok they may win more contracts but i fear that will just lead to a further rise in costs and expenses. They are listed to gain access to funding but do not seem to care for its loyal shareholder base. As per usual the big boys get all the best and the PI’s get shafted every time.
There is also execution risk and serious competition.
I sold yesterday on the news and I don’t see any compelling reasons to return unless anyone can convince me otherwise

That’s the new projected total shares in issue, maybe break even by 2023, who knows how many more issued in the next 4 years !
I would not bet on making anything from this and already sold out, was just reading the scale of the issuance !

Odd you mention SEE and AGL, i hold both and they both fell today, perhaps your right about spread betting effect, will see tomorrow what happens. AGL had been holding steady @55 but has fallen last two days not as sharp as SEE.

If you want a successful fund raise then you would want the SP higher not lower so it can be discounted for the offer.

This company, who works with SEE has been winning many contracts recently, Brazil, Australia, and today announced South African contract . Any one any insight as to it being SEE tech. Some of the contracts involve hundreds of vehicles and South Africa the contract is for large earth moving vehicles.

Vol passed yesterday already, someone knows something , question is what ?

The points you mention came after the SP peak, i was trying to see what led to the rapid rise in the SP.

Also the Guardian warning came 21 May re the component shortages and revenue guidance lowered.

The SP continued on upward to 22 June even after this RNS.
