Seems an odd time to issue an RNS issuing yet more shares while your trying to get a fund raising away with maximum take up, especially when the SP is sitting on the offer price.
Seems Ken wasn’t entirely honest with his email response last week

Now total issue will be 3,456,155,252 shares and will no doubt rise every time there is a hint of an order.
Staff count keeps rising, so losses rise for at least 3 years we are told.
This is a total gamble not investment, might do better at Aintree on Saturday !

To be in a deeply discounted fund raise and issue this RNS is really rubbing salt in the wounds !

No wonder Ken did not need to take part in the fund raise he got his for nothing based on a higher average share price before the fund raise was announced .

I agree scotlouie, there has been strong buying for a few days now, the device has been well proven all over the world in numerous labs and differing applications. All positive news so far.
I think the sp can rise steadily to the much awaited results and FDA approval will be the icing on the cake !

Maybe sale due to tax reasons, end of UK tax year coming up and want to record capital losses ?
End of quarter, had to sell for some reason ?
Sold @3.05p maybe going to buy back in offer @3p ?
Accounts for SP drop at the trade time, market has mopped up maybe 50%, still could be an over hang.

An embattled British energy minnow is to install its electricity storage technology alongside solar panels in businesses across the UK after striking a deal with Norway’s state power giant.

RedT Energy said the deal with Statkraft would mean it installs “vanadium redox flow” machines capable of storing up to 60 megawatt-hours of energy in aggregate — equivalent to the daily electricity needs of 6,000 homes.

The storage machines will be offered to businesses over the next three years alongside solar panels capable of generating up to 100 megawatts of electricity.

To be fair the deal was mentioned in the RNS 14 March, just the name was excluded at the time
