Surely we already know the position and what to expect tomorrow, given the three recent updates. Given the profit warnings I'm not hopeful for any announcements around dividends or buy backs..

Vistry yr end is on same day as reeves update .. be impressive if this one rises on that particular day

Such a frustrating share .. every time feel on the up bosh back down in to the £5 range! I don't hold up much hope for Thursday with wider economic backdrop. Could be at these prices for another 3-6 months.

Guessing have to consider what happens when buy back ends in may and they dont extend it .. seems to be the only thing keeping this buoyant atm.

UBS make some valid points. Comparing this to other house builders is like comparing apples and pears. Vistry has a different business model. Any mention of increased debt and reduced/use of profit to service it will send this further south?! Not liking my chances of seeing 720 again anytime soon.

Every man and his dog has downgraded this. Could they know something we don't about next weeks TU.

I'm predicting a significant reduction in forecast revenues for 2025 compared to 2024, on the basis that vistry set unrealistic targets for this year .. hence the shorters .. going to have to wait a while to see my 721 again

Watching pain dry is more exciting ATM. I was expecting a jump to at least 800s off back of government push for more housing. Going to take a miracle to get this one moving.
