its in the rns...2 months hopefully sooner...im sure the wait will be worth it IF RHM come back as PUC PLC and are trading on par with PUC Malaysia..then the price is going to be multiples of the 5.5p bid it was suspended at. "The Proposed PUCF Rights Issue is subject to, inter alia, regulatory approvals in Malaysia, both from Bursa Securities and the Securities Commission, and approval by shareholders of PUCF. It is estimated by PUCF that the relevant applications to the regulatory authorities in Malaysia will be made within two months. The estimated timeframe for PUCF obtaining both regulatory and shareholder approval is by Q4 2015."

well if this is now PUC PLC,,,,,,,i'm not crazy in thinking we should do very well as we have all effectively being PUC at say 10p and its worth 40p...!

By reason of the size of the Irrevocable Undertaking in relation to RHM, the entering into of the Irrevocable Undertaking by RHM is classified as a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules for Companies. The AIM Rules for Companies require that completion of RHM's participation in the PUCF Rights Issue is, amongst other things, conditional upon and subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders, which will be sought at a general meeting of the Company, and on the publication of an AIM admission document, which will be posted to the Company's shareholders as soon as it is available.

Just to 13 however means that if RHM were to buy the convertible pref shares then they are sitting on a 30% paper profit .. Also at the last closing price on that unkind spread of 5-10p with a mid market cap of 3.75 mill RHM is still trading at 20% of nav.....

its all in the link in the rns essentially its a PV plant RHM will provide up to 6 mill odd gbp for 40% of the rights offer for 17% dilution of PUC (they will hold more PUC after)..... so RHM will be worth even more...not less...however there is the little matter of 2 mill gbp they might need to provide above current cash RHM currently at 7.5p was capped at 3.75 mill gbp with 4 mill in cash and 16 mill in PUC....looks like its all going to be in PUC

looks like they put all the cash back into PUC in a rights offer for pref shares....and they are 2 mill gbp short.....
