Please also note that it is currently a very sensitive time in HUR with SP hovering around all time lows post the recent kitchen sinking by the bod and hence, if the bod then subsequently bought in large amounts at these extremely low levels after their own kitchen sinking and then HUR SP breaks out then everyone would be screaming at the bod for massive profiteering IMO.

Afternoon trade here should be much better, it usually is the case even on this generally down day, HUR is trading much under fair value at the moment.

It's not a question of if a bid comes in here but a question of when, and IMO very soon.

And that's not off the back of another late RNS!

Expecting a very decent close here today.

If anything, it's the remaining shorters (whom if they were smart would have closed by now) who seem desperate, time (or maybe the next RNS) may tell.

Fully agree, rare opportunity here provided by the algorithmic markets to buy, very decent upside potential from these extremely low SP levels.

Today could be a good day to add, planning to do same as don't see current SP undervaluation lasting for lot longer, once the breakout here begins, HUR SP may very rapidly move north from these levels.

If there was a bid for Hurricane Energy today (which is looking likelier day by day), bid value here (including any potential premiums) would probably be even higher than 11p "Fair Value" currently estimated by Simply Wall Street analysts, IMHO.

There is clearly a lot of value and potential upside at these very low levels, I would not at all be surprised to see CA and possibly others increase their HUR holding here as we move ahead.

We may get a few brief up and downs here (which for me will all predominantly be topping up opportunities) but completely agree that a big upward rally here is now almost upon us.

At these extremely low HUR MC levels, a few broker Buy ratings are now highly likely which will easily push the SP well beyond 5+ here in a very short time.

The HUR SP drop has certainly been way way overdone, HUR has generally been trading under fair value for some time but the dynamics here is clearly about to massively change IMO.

With close to Zero $ new investments in O&G Exploration since Q4 2014, lowly but surely increasing demand, and prospects of higher inflation, crude prices can only go one way from here and that is significantly higher, commodity analysts at Citi Bank also seem to think the same:

New management, higher oil prices and presently much undervalued HUR SP post the bod kitchen sinking can only lead towards more realistic but nevertheless still conservative SP of ~5p+ by year end IMO, and this is not even considering M&A potential which also remains high here going forward.

Shorters/Negative Posters on the rise indeed, and with only one thing in mind, for you to sell your shares on the very cheap so that they can profit, unbelievable! I am keeping mine and am very confident that from these levels we can only go significantly up.
