My assumption has always been the time it would take to edit an informal chat. Then I suppose you might need nomad approval etc as in public domain. But I have to say I have never given it much thought. Just pleased that CB is happy to share his musings.

Nothing I have ever read in any of the BAG emails could be construed as ‘insider trading’ as anything material would of already been RNS’d. It’s just his thoughts/ insights as CEO on how’s things are going on each project. Nothing sinister at all. Just don’t get the fascination and implications that it is not above board. Any holder can supply an email and read them so it’s not like it’s some secret cult email to a select few.

Added a few more this morning as well. If this comes off will bring some much needed massive liquidity back to aim :)

I agree with some of what you are saying Smiller but my point was and still is Mankayan is in a far better position than it was previously and I think once a few billion starts flowing into the Philippines economy they will become a favourable mining jurisdiction as well - as money wins votes etc :)

You could say that about any country - Australia might ban mining on environmental grounds with government change as well then darling ufo fooked - so a bit of a pathetic comment.

The fact is Mankayan is far closer to being mined with a 25 year license and a government now favourable to mining than it previously was. The past is now somewhat irrelevant on this.

It isn’t avoiding the answer - if there was a mining ban how on earth do you think anyone could of mined it! They could of owned it since 1066 would of been the same outcome!

There was an open pit mining ban in the Philippines- which lifted in December and now Mankayan has a massive 25 year mining license. So now it’s actually able to be moved forward!

From February 7th update on Hope & Gorob

Bezant (AIM: BZT) ("Bezant"), the copper-gold exploration and development company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of an all-parties technical visit to review the Hope and Gorob Project in Namibia leading to consensus on the best way to optimise project development and more specifically the lodging of a Mining Licence application.



Highlights:



· Lead engineering consultant Practara (Pty) Limited has developed a number of recommendations to be adopted aimed at including near-surface mineralisation into the Resource Model



· Project design engineers Nurizon will review plant layout specifically to offer multiple options for presentation to the Namibian authorities for consideration



· Further guidance will be provided by specialist Namibian environmental consultants, Namisun Environmental Projects and Development, managing a consortium of local experts given the responsibility for environmental impact assessment documentation



· Plant design consultants will embark on high-level design based on feedback from the Company and consultants referencing project throughput, ore types, scheduling and life of mine



· Current 2,000 metre drill programme objectives to be realigned with the Mining Licence application process with a short-term emphasis on:

o twinning historic drill holes to provide invaluable geological data

o completion of initial geotechnical logging for engineering purposes including the siting of infrastructure and underground development

o collection of drill core for detailed metallurgical test work

o drilling to intersect near-surface copper (gold) oxide potential and to refine the geological model”

We know government very keen to see BZT mining :) so hopefully this time next year - whatever our alien friend likes to say. I hold both but would never go and bash it directly as what is the point - even though it’s done sweet FA and dropped from 3p lol.

Bought a few for a punt - getting a few mentions now. Hopefully be another 100 bagger like AAA - sadly I sold that when 2 bags up thinking I had done well :(

Indeed… seemed very odd price action once Twitter traders etc had exited. I added a few more near close as thought the presentation/ company direction etc is very positive. Hopefully it will start a steady rerate now

Looking better today - this share certainly moves on not a huge amount of buying. Bodes very well for a huge uplift on positive news :)

If deal was off we would I assume of heard by now. Plenty going on in the background hopefully- I take no news as potentially good news. We’ll see soon fingers crossed
