That's understood TF, but TR1 or no TR1 there's a world of differnece between 500m shares being held by an MM like Peel Hunt who will use to manipulate the sp for their own and their customers' ends, or an individual investor that will hold. It already seems evident that the sp is being kept down with calculated sales, often of virtually no value, whenever purchases are made. The sells are never made first, always afterward to counteract a buy. It's made buying into this company at the moment an utter waste of time. This is why I hate the likes of Peel, and if they have acted in an underhand way to obtain this market making advantage, and intend using it against private investors and the company to manipulate the sp the way they want it, then I condemn them to the sespit of life.

Seems just about certain that an institution has aquired the .08 placing and there is no TR1 coming to identify an individual. If what StayLong has said about Peel Hunt is even remotely correct then I am truly disgusted at their behaviour.

If, and probably more likely when the Cummins trials lead to orders, I think DGI would be more than inclined to step away from toxic investors, manipulated market conditions and the ineffectiveness of the FCA to control anything within reasonablness. As others are doing, getting away from the LSE and listing in the US markets would have to be extemely tempting.

Can they do it before the placing shares are admitted TF? 08:00hrs tomorrow or thereafter. Maybe a TR1 to go with???
