Probably not a lot, what is produced there will more then likely move to another site, RR are trying to reduce their footprint, closing sites and job losses is unfortunately part of this process.

It was a internal communication to employees sorry I cant send a link. He says we are working closely with our trade union representatives and we will consult with everyone effected. He promises to give further details of the impact on the size of our workforce before the end of this month. It's a very long page I can't write it all on here, that's the main part of it.

It's been announced today by Warren East that there will be job losses. By the end of this month we find out how it effects our business.

Arsenal17 . What is your thought to what PYUECK has said and maybe others about the possibility of dilusion of shares etc? Yes you say it's a good time to purchase these shares and in 12 months time these will be cheap etc etc very positive but realistically what's your thoughts?? RR havnt even announced any bad news or financial statements lately( unless I've missed them) yet the share price has dropped, I believe this is the market predicting it's going to be bad due to the fact planes aren't flying etc. What will the SP do when RR announce how bad things really are for the company.

Keep ya hair on Gerry, if the so called managers etc were getting a bad deal on their pay freeze they would be up in arms and the unions wouldn't allow it. They will come out of it OK come September 👍.

Your absolutely correct, it's very positive at the moment at my place of work and throughout rotatives, XWB is a massive chunk of what we are going to produce and recruitment is happening as we speak due to not having enough personnel for the ramp up in production this year and next. Sit tight.

Thanks Arsenal, yes it is nice to get the bonus having missed out for 2 years and after the losses etc it was most unexpected, I'm pretty sure in a few years after the ramp up in production in xwb etc we will all be sitting looking at a much higher SP. Warren hasn't been here long so we can't expect miracles and I'm sure he's happy with the progress the company is making despite the losses and fine, from here on things can only improve.

Thanks for your reply ArseniI, seems like you knew nothing about corporate bonus ( so much for inside info), well for the first time in 3 years we got approx 88% of full bonus, even with the losses etc, that's shows the company are heading in the right direction.

Its very quiet on here, the day before full year results, any thoughts? Arsenal you didn't answer my question about whether you've heard about the corporate bonus, Ive heard we will get half, anybody else heard anything on the grapevine ?

On a plus note Ive heard on the grapevine that us RR employees are possibly getting half of the yearly company bonus, seeing as we haven't had it for 2 years that must be a plus, and if true shows the company are making headway, unfortunately the share bonus is no longer available so its a cash bonus from now on. Arsenal or anybody else, can you verify this??
