Sorry, I know I'm posting a lot, but just to add...

When Chris said existing shareholders will be protected, I thought yeah yeah, whatever, get ready to be rinsed, like we always do on small caps, right?

But I think he's seeing an opportunity to build something in his name, and wants to get off on the right foot.

You don't get from a small to medium cap business by pi55ing off your investors, and he's got decades of experience dealing with corporates, equity investors, miners, geologists etc. I really think he sees this as 'his baby' and he has a plan.

You're about to be involved in a fully funded and opersting mining business, looking at acquisitions, with no additional cost to you, unless you want to take the right to buy more when offered (btw, this is my point, they're cheaper now, people really not understanding this imo, and MMs taking full advantage).

Hold on to the coat tails, as they say.

Another 10m (7m, 1.5m, 1.5m) issued to cover existing CLN, wages, expenses, costs etc.

This gives us 41.8m total, so I think the existing issued share capital =~ 38%ish (for the pedants, I'm assuming the totals are not maxed out but are 'up to', as stated in the prospectus.)

This would leave the Orion CLN, at 20m shares, as a significant 'overhang', but...the conditions state that they can only exercise at 120% of the cash raise (ie 17m shares for £15m is 88p/share. So Orion can only exercise at >£1.06. 20m shares @ £1.06 = £21.2m or c$27m...geddit?) I think Orion will be looking to get well in excess of that, so should we!

As ever, I'm no expert, that's just MY understanding and would actually enjoy listening to someone else's ideas if they think I'm missing something.

I will just add, again, and again, that all the above still ignores Kyrgyzstan and Goldridge btw.

Moving through .5p smoothly, steady build, no drama.

We were in a position of every chunky buy seemed to move the price up until the Spreadex. Confident they're gone now (or negligible), so think we'll see a steady rise now into December.

Keep on repeating myself, but if they are looking for stock, hold, and they'll have to take the price up to losen people's position. But they know most traders don't have the nerve, so drop it instead.

The company currently owns a 9.9% stake in the Kamushanovskoye uranium deposit, with an option to increase its interest, and described the reopening of Kyrgyzstan as “very welcome news”.

Kamushanovskoye, located in the Chuy province, was previously estimated to hold 3,371 tonnes of uranium reserves, with an in-situ value of approximately $253.1 million at historic uranium spot prices.

Since that estimate, the uranium price has increased fourfold from approximately $22/lb to around $88/lb, MetalNRG highlighted.

It said the project offers potential exploration upside estimated at 2.58 million pounds of uranium, subject to being brought into a compliant resource.

Kamushanovskoye was designed for in-situ recovery (ISR) to minimize capital and operational costs. Infrastructure for the project would include road access, electricity, and water, with three uranium refineries within 550 kilometres.

The company has an internal estimate of net present value for the project, pitched at around $250 million, and it estimates the project will have an initial CAPEX/OPEX requirement of $11 million.

Managem are concentrating on their bigger operations and selling off their smaller ones. Plus, I believe they had to raise cash earlier in year due to issues they had at another mine (non-copper).

Think some are still unsure of what buying now might mean. Please challenge my assumptions if you think I'm wrong, but...

Future acquisitions fully funded, I would assume?

Don't class myself as a 'ramper' Bobat, but definitely pro MNRG. Yes, think many will have seen a bargain at .3ish pence and sold at .4ish, and why not, a good weeks work. Well done 👏

I've been buying MNRG for years, in 3 different accounts, one of which holds 7.5m at .011p (yes, the others totalling over 10m are still a bit underwater) and I'm still holding for at least 1p (soon to be £1).

Traders and investors.

As someone else posted today 'everytime I move money around I lose it'. Same here. I can see the value and add when I can.

Oh, nearly forgot, that puts Orion at £1.03 minimum (1.03p old money) before they can start realising any value from their CLN.

We bought Goldridge 5 years ago for .7m. Gold price has doubled since then. There's over .5m in the tailings alone and sampling since then has found more gold, silver, lead, copper and zinc. Even if we gave this up to a speculator, we should be asking min £2.5m imo.

Well, that alone is nearly 50% of our current mcap. Makes you realise how ridiculous the current price was and even more so when it was >0.04p!

I think we've kept it for a reason, as now would have been a good time to rid ourselves of it if we didn't think there was any value, right?

So that's 0.86p at 'today's money', so current price is still nearly half the diluted price.

I'm struggling to understand why we're still sub .5p.

Re my last posting on this thread, we were knocking on 0.6p before we had concrete news, and Speadex spoiling the party dumping 100m shares. Even now, can still buy at a significant discount and some are still dithering.

Said it before and I'll say it again, this doesn't even give any value to Uranium (Kyrgyzstan) or Gold (Goldridge), let alone our new Copper cash spinner!!!

Fomo kicking in now. Prospectus will drop literally anytime, as soon as FCA give it the tick of approval. Could be today, tomorrow, whenever, doesn't really matter. People have had more than enough chance to take a position, and at unexpectedly cheap prices imo.
