Hi ART, the RNS states that they 10 had already been hired so I asked the co if they could be a bit more specific as to when they would physically join and that's the info they gave..I just thought it would useful to have
10 of 12 Territory Managers hired. 3 start today, 3 on Monday. The rest for September. All London managers hired. 2 new developers also started today in Manila....One of the new hires was OpenTable’s No.1 in UK/Europe and top 5 in the world for Open Table
He said there is a tech partnership...the delay is simply that the tech partner is not ready yet....I wouldn't get so hung up on this deal anyway..if it comes then great...if it's delayed then who cares..so much else is going on...I thought the Oceania partnership was v good...people are using the tech partnership as a reason to be cautious..it's wrong...it will happen when ready..if it doesn't, and bigdish are not saying it wont, i dont mind either as at 4p a share so much negativity is priced in
My original average in was c 2.7p and I sold around 5.5p..then bought back in around 4.8 to 5p..I know I know..Too premature..anyhow I made good profit overall..down now but averaging down a bit...frankly, I don't normally trade and will stop doing so...never works long term...best buy and hold in early stage growth companies. Anyway, GLA all ..I will continue to feed my views and thoughts that I pick up from the company..I will not play games like some are doing..what I say are my true feelings...to be fair to ART he was consistent and yes he was right execution by co has been slow but where he is wrong is that this is NOT Google or Amazon but an early stage growth company so expect bumps a long the way
ART, I never thought I'd say this but u r gaining my respect lol...the only thing where I know u to be wrong is u expect DISH to be up and running like Google and Amazon...this is an early stage growth company and expect the ups and downs..anyhow, at least u r consistent and not playing games... As for the tech partnership - who cares anyway..frankly I thought the Oceania was it and it was good but it isn't it. As another guy said this am "The tech partnership isnt the be and end all. Tbh I couldnt care. I invested in a disruptive tech that has got scale ability and an executing management. There will be bumps along the road but the long term here is a real winner. Wait till all the cogs align, revenues increase YoY and soon institutions will want in, no further dilution at that point and the only way to buy in is via main market and then the rockets will come"...what today has told me on this bb is that people i trusted i cannot now...
They are not really targets. Maybe my wording is wrong...The question someone asked is ‘what does he think would be good by the end of the year’ - its just his personal view..people like ronaldtrump like twisting everything...normal minded investors would understand what I'm saying
Here is my summary of conversation with Aidan Bishop in private Twitter group:- These are his own personal targets he would expect by end of this year 1. Territory Managers in all territories 2. 1,000 restaurants 3. Social Media Manager on board and creates lots of buzz and great content 4. At least 2 nationally known celebrities/personalities as Brand Ambassadors 5. A couple of chains with 100 plus restaurants in trial or pilot stage 6. Speeded up App, new search functionality, a few more features, at least another 4 senior developers on the team 7. Brand partnerships - at least 2-3 to start with 8. Youtube becoming a major channel of engagement for us 9. Something absolutely massive but I don’t know what it will be yet.lol He believes all will be achievable He feels the market is fixated on the wrong things which is not uncommon. He think the market will see this week some of the ambition materialize. He also thinks, in taking the temperature of the market, it seems that many already expect Bigdish to be operating as smoothly as Amazon or Google. He wishes they were but it is not realistic. If the co achieve all his 9 goals then he thinks the market will stop obsessing over trivial issues that every young tech company will face. He is also happy to be holding every share he had since they floated and a few others by virtue of the salary sacrifice scheme and haven’t sold any of those either. He is very much looking at where they will be at the end of this year and then he will set his sights on what appears to be achievable next year.. My advice to all is don't get swayed by the derampers...they will be out in force after this message...look at the bigger picture from Sept onwards..
Ronaldtrump, u have never explained why u continuously write on the BB when you dislike the co ..why ? Either you are an ex employee of some kind or a mental disorder...anyhow, I've just bought 126k shares showing up as a sell
