BBG Sadly looking at page 21 only highlights how wildly optimistic and completely delusional solg have been with their own timelines and plans. If they carry on at this rate expect production around the same time as the world becomes Carbon neutral
Shareware Very reasonable conclusion. I'm very happy to listen to good arguments and that makes sense. I'm open minded and like different views. It's just when they start calling people pigs and the like I can't stand. Ignorant bigheads etc.
A bit harsh I would say. I've been positive for years on solg but feel justification in criticism when they clearly don't play with a straight bat. For instance how can you allow people to believe throughout the whole year that pfs is coming q4 and even confirm 2 weeks ago in quarterly And then delay yesterday. They must take the "believers no matter what" as fools surely. Its like a government with no opposition. You ultimately do us all a disservice if you don't call out bad management. Just like not calling out bad behaviour in my book. You think you are the good guys and you try to be; but ultimately you let the bad get away with it.
Get the impression the colonel has fallen in love with a share. The old fatal mistake in this game. Don't get me wrong. I have a vested interest in solg. It would be far better for me if solg ultimately proved its true worth. But let's keep it real. Praise and criticism in there rightful place.
Drake A much more simple reason. A fed up invester. But I will trade them when I can. Beware conformation bias, it bites many a pretend good invester on the bum.
Not once in solg's history have they ever held back good news for strategic reasons, why do so many people base their reasoning on them doing that time and time again.
One small caviat in that hypothesis colonel. Solgs instinct has always been to shout out good news early and delay bad news. They were good to form today.
If this goes to production , I won't be here to enjoy it. I'll be looking to trade away my holding as soon as possible. Had enough now. Hopefully we will get a bid, save me time and effort.
In theory it all sounds good. The problem for me is that there is always an assumption that solg has a canny master plan up its sleeve. Unfortunately over the years there has been no evidence if this. Where ever there has been delays or no news in their history it is because the news has proven poor or mistakes made. The mining sector expecially for small companies has a history of boards and CEO's talking s/_t. This idea that we sound always listen and follow does not wask with me.
