Are these options just a standard part of the cornerstone obligations, or preparation for use upon a sale? One post last week mentioned that an indication of an imminent sale might be the taking up of options. Do options need to be credited in some way prior to a sale, or do the option holders do nothing with them until after an offer or sale is announced?
