Hi Tuckman, you are right, it's what I think too but so much doubt creeps in to my mind these days and the silence only amplifies it.

It would have been courteous of them though (and I'd say sensible) to let us know fuel was released from customs and they were ones who informed us they had a problem with fuel stuck at customs.
