What does the significance of the word EXTERNAL mean?
Is that the basis of the dispute
Do AZ think they have right to sell everything
But BIDS are like nah, we can sell as much of our own inventory as we want
So new sales team are in house people
So does not effect the AZ deal
or do it?

From what I have learnt
This TW is a journalist
Whether you love or hate him changes nothing as that email is factual
The CEO has issued a bullish RNS to us but behind the scenes things aren't so rosey
This is not the first time the CEO has done this
No clarification or comment from the company
They can target 100m revenue all they like, heck I am targeting 80grand this year
The Azerion deal was a GUARANTEED minimum which now looks like it isn't so much guaranteed
Big number of shares about to hit or have hit the market
Sorry I am or was bullish as the next but now I see this as a bit of a value trap
Will fall a lot further as the full fallout from this is realised
I suspect we have only just scratched the surface
Very strong language in those emails so relations with our biggest customer are really sour
If we have to fight them in court that will be a distraction
and a costly one at that

Gaming season should drive even more traffic to the websites
And gain some extra Tick tock subscribers
Should be a very good few months here
and company will be putting out good numbers in January

with 30% more shares wont this market cap drop by 30% ?

Going into winter there will be more gaming
All ages game but especially kids
Argo is going bust but if you shift what left into likes of BIDS GFIN MOS GILD you could easily make losses back within next couple of years

Yes something has gone awry it seems with the deal
For one or both parties which we will never know
with hindsight we should of sold the shares and kept the warrants
That is what I think most people have done given market conditions and what as contributed to there drop
which I believe is over now as SP on the way back up from its lows
At just over 1p a share if gfin gets to 20p which many predicting it will then MOS bored will look like geniusis
The broker target is 9.5p there so even that would be a great start.
I do hope MOS have done there last fundraise
I just can't take another hammering like that in a matter of weeks.

I saw today that gfinity have a esports saas which they licence out now
to multiple customers simultaneously
They got 72m users in its first month (august)
They are profitable this year as well
I think MOS holders need to have a look at them in detail
1 because our management have invested in them and
2 because we are still in talks with them about a deal

I am tempted Steve
I wont average down that is a dangerous game
So now torn between just holding and forgetting it for a few years but then that is a waste of a significant amount of money not working for me
Or cutting and ploughing into better stocks where money can actually grow
End of the day I want to be rich now

and they are in far better condition than MOS in terms of profitability

Which is why I am considering just cutting
There is no way this will rise as placees and warrant holders flip.
Either forget this for 12m+ or look to grow your capitol quicker by investing in other companies
I hold MOS, GFIN, GILD and BIDS and think the 2 best are becoming obvious now.
All you need to do is look at BIDS placing today vs MOS placing
