That’s nice my 2.68 sell now back up to 3p
gla
Bet I’m not the only one thinking 7/6/5/4/3/2 should’ve sold now 2.86 disaster. If they wanted my shares and had orders to fill they would be encouraging me not threatening. It’s a done deal, already.
They have funny little rules with isa trades.
Yes I know thanks, just being vicious It’s something I am often caught out on leaving them to chose what I over pay by. It is usually a good sign but as I said I think brokers are trying to avoid small investors in getting caught out, like a due diligence thing. If it was going up it would be up this afternoon.
Hope you’ve ordered your xmas dinner from them jock, they need all the help they can get.
14.29% same as todays current loss !
2pm the day before the vote - we are where we are. NT = No trades.
They don’t want any come back.
Your broker protecting you.
Halifax say too late to attend need to request an invite. So it will just be more like a compulsory meeting.
I think if you didn’t request an invite to attend and vote you will be amongst the thousands of small investors who won’t be bothered.
I received first information from Halifax then nothing about voting.
Have actually got vote paperwork jock…..
Plenty of companies are struggling to raise funds, unable to find buyers and going to admin. Yes there are a couple who should snap this up in the food industry but probably have said get it delisted cut costs anywhere possible.
I’m not sure people who haven’t looked into the price match understand it. So if they need money in next week or two, they maybe locked in. Nobody here has said how a trade would work just that either you sell or sit waiting that it won’t delist, kicking the can down the road.
Yeah but it’s facts I’m after. I totally agree the idea of voting against a delist. Just think companies always get their way somehow, implying they need it to happen or else.
Yes there will be some fairness as to how much they can tank it down today. So company will buy as know they will be price matching tomorrow afternoon anyway.
I presume online paperwork these days would allow someone to buy shares Tuesday or Wednesday first thing and get the vote online.
If the vote is passed to delist did I read this is automatic rather than a given date after application to stock market.
Is price match delayed trading rather than our regular online snappy transactions. Will usual broker deal or is it via their company after releasing a price. All a bit unfamiliar to me.
Safe to say nobody on the board wants these naff shares.
Win some - lose more. I was warned…..!
Won’t go to 7 by tomorrow.
It takes a lot to get me excited!
