Ive seen this in the past when , there looks to be tonnes of sells over a period which in fact are buys and then several later reported trades at the end of the day when the market is closed.
Theses late prints are institutional sells.
Most of the trades today were buys except for the 9M after close.
The reason the stock is not moving up is because in this instance market makers are not rewarding the seller for selling.
However contrarian investors will see this as an opportunity to accumulate stock very cheap.
Once the seller is gone is gone the market makers will start to tick up the stock price.
